Nice trip - It was an easy way to get from the airport to downtown Tokyo. The van was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that we didn’t have to find a way into Tokyo after a 14 hour flight.

Good reliable transport got us from Narita to Tokyo - This was a great service. They met us at Narita airport and then dropped us off. No thrills but good and on time and got us to our hotel in Tokyo without any issues at all.

Best car service experience we have had in any country. - After a very long day of travel from Orlando to Narita we landed to find a message from the car service with clear, concise directions for contacting them once we picked up our luggage and cleared customs. I reminded the service that we would need a few additional minutes to pick up our JR passes and pocket WiFi devices. No problem, they said. And true to their word there were no problems! The service asked for us to send them a photo of our luggage. As instructed we went out to the curb where the driver approached us (he recognized our luggage), greeted us, and loaded our badges into his very comfortable van for the ride to Shinjuku City in Tokyo. The entire process was well-organized, professional, efficient, and friendly. We have already booked our return trip and know that we can count on this company to deliver an excellent experience.

Reliable. - Communication was amazing. Felt confident our ride would be there. Received messages as soon as we landed. Stayed in communication as we lost an item and had to wait an extra 30 minutes. We knew there would be an extra charge for the extra time we took, was fine. Used Google Translate to work with driver on the issue and he was accommodating. The only complaint is that the heat was blasting and extremely uncomfortable for the 1 hour drive.

Useful airport transfer option for large groups - The dispatch was communicative and contacted us before our flight to confirm our flight details and communicated through WhatsApp. They informed us that we should use the Narita airport's Wi-Fi to communicate once we landed. The van was quite large and spacious for just our group of 5. This would probably be a better value for a group of 8. We had informed dispatch that we were staying at the Mimaru Suites Asakusa, but the driver had the impression that we were staying at the Mimaru in Nihombashi for some reason. I had to pull up the correct information on Google Maps and show him the correct address before we were able to get going. That being said, the driver was polite and got us to our hotel in a reasonable amount of time despite the traffic jam due to a prior accident on the freeway.

Will not use again- there are a lot of taxes at the airport - Service said they would monitor flight & there is a 90 min from time of landing at no charge. We landed about 30 min early and was at the arrival hall 15min before scheduled landing- no driver waiting. Communicated with Dora & she was trying to locate the driver- ultimately we waited 45 min & she finally( we think) hired a regular Taxi driver to take us after telling us the original driver was minutes away. We had to go outside for the replacement is why we think it was a reg taxi service.
