Excellent service - Flight got canceled a day later we arrive and they were waiting. Excellent communication through the mid-air return to airport and following day up to pick up. Couldn’t ask for better communication, excellent service

Great - This company was really good. They came to our hotel 30 mins early to be efficient and then waiting until we were ready.
Really nice private vehicle to the airport with super helpful driver.
Expensive comparend to public trnasport but at 5 am, before the trains, it was the best way.

Awesome transfer service - Driver communicated with us even before we departed the US. Driver tracked our flight and was waiting on us when we exited customs. Driver was friendly and accommodating and delivered us efficiently to our destination with all of our luggage.

Great rides! Great service - I used this company to arrange transport from Narita to my hotel and then from my hotel to Haneda. There was a typhoon during my trip and Dora, the coordinator I was working with, was incredibly helpful in rearranging our rides and working with us to make sure we got everything we needed. She was prompt in her communications and clear with her instructions on where to meet the driver and confirmed once we had met with them. I really appreciate everything she did to help get us in and out as we needed to. Overall, great service and great vehicles that work really well for my family, which includes two little ones.

Smooth ride to Shibuya Stream Hotel - The driver met us at the arrivals exit even though we arrived earlier than our scheduled time so we did not have to wait. He then walked us to a nine person SUV with air conditioning. It was a smooth uneventful hour ride to the Shibuya Stream Hotel. Well done!

Seamless pickup (with overtime charge) - Smooth transition from airport to hotel. Despite a long time (2.5 hrs) in immigration lines (not enough booths open late on Saturday night), we were easily able to locate our driver and be transported to the Hotel. There was ample communication prior to and after we met up wiht the driver which was re-assuring. The only issue is that because of the delay (despite it not being our fault), we had to pay the driver overtime costs for waiting for us. This needed to be paid to him directly in Japanese yen which required currency exchange at the hotel and some confusion as the other costs of the trip had been paid in advance.

In Search of Flying Honu - It was my first time there.
I think we've conquered the major domestic airports.
There are ANA A380s in service here, so I went for that.
While checking the timetable with three different A380s, I wanted to see two if possible.
I kept waiting on the observation deck in the hot weather.
The first to come down was the orange lar.
I was so excited to finally see it.
I went to the parking lot, so I went in that direction, and to my surprise, there was a blue Lani parked there.
I'm already happy MAX.
Once you get here, you can't help but wait for the green Kai to arrive.
Waiting about two hours.
Green Kai also landed.
And we went to the same place as the other two planes, so we went there.
I was able to take a picture of all three models.
It was impossible to do everything behind the building, but it was a very satisfying day.
