Narita Airport to Ginza Hotel Tokyo - Communication was excellent from the dispatcher days in advance. Driver Mr Pan arrived on time and met us in the arrival hall. He was very courteous and helpful

A Very Reliable Transport Service from NRT to Tokyo. - We engaged this transport service to drive four of us from the NRT airport to the Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu. Our driver met us in the arrival hall and very efficiently transported us to our hotel. We would strongly recommend this using this service.

Great Service! - This was a very nice service. They communicated in advance with us several times, and kept in contact to make the pickup seamless. We did the meet and greet. Driver was polite and courteous. Car was new and clean. Highly recommend! The only suggestion I have is it would be nice to a have a complimentary bottle of water in the car, it is a long drive from the airport to downtown Tokyo!

Useful airport transfer option for large groups - The dispatch was communicative and contacted us before our flight to confirm our flight details and communicated through WhatsApp. They informed us that we should use the Narita airport's Wi-Fi to communicate once we landed. The van was quite large and spacious for just our group of 5. This would probably be a better value for a group of 8. We had informed dispatch that we were staying at the Mimaru Suites Asakusa, but the driver had the impression that we were staying at the Mimaru in Nihombashi for some reason. I had to pull up the correct information on Google Maps and show him the correct address before we were able to get going. That being said, the driver was polite and got us to our hotel in a reasonable amount of time despite the traffic jam due to a prior accident on the freeway.

Easy communication - The service was smooth communicating in English with the dispatcher via What’s App. Had some trouble finding our driver, but dispatcher called to connect. Five otherwise.
