Efficient Service - A little late getting to the meeting point, but we were also running late because of immigration and baggage claim. Excellent vehicle and good driver who made up for being late. Efficient service which is what you want after a log haul flight.

Not happy Jan. - Arrived on a new foreign city. Had been communicated that the driver would be waiting for us after collecting baggage. Not there. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact. He arrived around twenty minutes late. Non English speaking, but through a translate app explained he had been in the bathroom. Car was parked at another terminal approximately a 15 minute walk away. Great with 2 heavy cases after a 9 hour flight.

My friend's flight was... - My friend's flight was delayed and I was able to get the transfer. He said he would go back and get my friend. And he never did she called Viator they contacted the Carrier company and they were closed, so she had nothing else to do but to pay for an Uber @ $261, which is awful since. The charge was for 2 people and they said they would go back and pick her up. Due to the flight delay, they did not.
