Wonderful safari - When I was planning my safari trip to Kenya, I studied and received offers from many companies. In the end, I chose Africa Starpal Tours & safaris because they offered the lowest price. But this was just the case when the low price was not at the expense of quality. Africa Starpal Tours & safaris fully fulfilled all its obligations. Everything that we discussed in advance met our expectations - the route, hotels, car, national parks, absolutely everything. Everything went exactly according to plan without a single glitch. I would like to separately write a few words about our guide Morris. He was a wonderful guide. When we drove through the national parks, he really tried and looked for animals in the bushes and grass, and did not just sit and wait for someone to report something interesting on the radio. And thanks to his efforts, we were able to see almost all the animals that could be seen. We just didn’t manage to see a leopard. But, as Morris says: "This is not a zoo, and no one can give a 100% guarantee to see all the animals." But we were able to watch a whole family of 9 lions devouring a buffalo 4-5 meters from our car! I would also like to note that Morris is a very professional driver. He drove us very quickly and at the same time safely. During the entire time, there was not a single time when he created an emergency situation or missed a hole in the road in the dark. So for his skills as a guide, I give him 5+ and for his driving skills - also 5+ !!! Well, he is simply a nice person with whom you can talk, joke and laugh. Well, that's probably all. Naturally, I will recommend this company to all my friends if they decide to go on safari. Thank you guys! You are real professionals!

It was one of my best safari in Africa! - I communicated with Paul who i came to meet on my first time i landed in kenya.He was very fast to answer my question as well give me information for my 5 day masai mara,lake Naivasha and amboseli park.We looked at other tour operators to compare price, variety and overall suggestions. However, Africa Starpal Safaris came out on top on price and with the most interesting itinerary. We could see that they have lots of experience and listen to their customers’ feedback. We bought the package! I believe what it actually differentiates Africa Starpal from other companies is the level of professionalism and commitment they showed. Putting customers convenience first. A perfect 10-day Kenya Tanzania safari experience - We booked a 10 day safari including Masai Mara,Lake Nakuru,Amboseli,Lake Manyara,Ngorongoro and serengeti with Africa Starpal Safaris. The tour was organized by Paul, and the planning process went very smooth. Paul was incredibly helpful and quick to answer all of our questions (and we had many, as this was our first safari), providing useful information along the way. Our driver, James, was the perfect guide on Kenyan side. From the Hotel pickup to the game drives, where he showcased all his skills in finding and spotting all the animals we were hoping to see. Thanks to James, we were able to see all the big Five and all the big cats we were looking for. The accommodations were excellent and conveniently located (either within the park or close to the gates). Food exceeded our expectations, including the lunch box provided during full-day game drives.In short the both Kenya and Tanzania were amazing. As our first safari experience, we came back home more than satisfied, with countless unforgettable memories and we wish to visit once again with them.

From our initial emails with Paul, who helped us plan the perfect tour for our group of 5, to the trip itself, with our amazing guide, the team at Starpal Safaris went above and beyond to make this a remarkable visit. I'm a regular travel and this was my sixth time in kenya but it was the best for my family for all the 8 days from the office,our guides very nice accommodation with sopa Naivasha topping on our list,this was absolutely a first-class experience. Guide was very knowledgeable and wonderful company, and taught us about Kenya natural history, wildlife, culture, history, and geology. He got us to the right place at the right time for amazing photos, and took into account the individual interests and abilities of everyone in our group. We will always recommend them for anyone going to kenya for a safari.

Excellent communication and good value for money - First of all Paul(the manager) was very quick in responding to all my inquiries with all the details we needed to know very clearly.All extra activities I wanted to add in our safari was arranged by him and our guide organize everything on the site.Our guide and driver, made sure we see the Big five.I do recommend this tour operator.You get your money’s worth.Africa Starpal Safaris made our safari an unforgettable. A bucket list visit to Kenya safaris - My family and I had the pleasure taking 6-day Kenya safaris visiting Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli national parks in August 2024. August is the prime season for Kenya safari so it’s not easy to find the perfect accommodation. We booked the safaris from Africa Starpal Tours & Safaris. From the very beginning, Africa Starpal operational manager Paul helped us to pick the right safari package, select the best hotels/camps, and provide us useful information about eTA application and travels. Paul was always online responding to my email. Paul and our guide/driver James came to our hotel at Nairobi to pick us up on the first day of the safari. From that moment on, we were being taken care of by James during our 6-day tours. James was very professional and helped us find the hotels/camps for each night. James was extremely knowledgeable about the national parks and where to find animals. We saw 4 of Big-5 animals including elephants, rhinos, lions, and buffalo. Seeing elephants walking 5 feet in front of us and thousands of wildebeest migrating in a perfect line were something to brag about. Although we didn’t see leopards because they are usually active at night, we saw its cousin cheetah. In addition, we saw hundreds and thousands of wildebeest in migration, zebras, impala, Thomson’s gazelle, pelicans, and flamingos. James told us back stories about elephants and lions. James even helped other safari guides/drivers repair their vehicles along the tour. We stayed at Jumpo Mara safari lodge for 2 nights which exceeded our expectations, Eagle Palace Hotel for 1 night which was very convenient, and Nyati safari camp for 2 nights which was very basic considering there are not many luxury camps near Amboseli national park. James arranged to make restroom stops and find pharmacy stores along the way so we felt very comfortable during the safari tour. The safari tour was a bucket list for my family and I had to say that it exceeded our expectations largely due to Paul and James from Africa Starpal. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about visiting safaris in Africa. It’s an opportunity of the lifetime.

The communication throughout the booking process was excellent, and the team was incredibly responsive to my questions and requests. The value for money was outstanding – I couldn't believe how much was included in the price. The accommodations were comfortable and well-located, and the food was delicious. But the highlight of the trip was definitely the wildlife viewing. We saw an incredible variety of animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes, and zebras. Great Experience with Africa Starpal - We booked an 8-day Safari Tour with Africa Starpal Tours & Safaris and we had a wonderful experience. Paul was very helpful is organising our tour, providing quick responses via email. Our tour guide Glenn was amazing! Super friendly guy, very knowledgeable about the animals in the wild, and taking great care of us during our tour around Kenya. Great Communication, exceeded Expectations - Great safari company and fantastic guide. - What can I say!!! First time on a Safari holiday October 2023. I emailed various companies who returned quotes but Paul in Starpal Safaris responded with suggestions and advice, so this company stood out for me from the start! Paul was very helpful and responsive at all times. We had an amazing 4-day safari to Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara, our guide Boniface was absolutely fantastic, we could not have asked for a better guide. He was knowledgeable, respectful, professional, fun and did his utmost to make our trip superb from start to finish, securing all the best spots in the parks and we got to see all the wildlife, he was spotting animals for miles. His driving skills were second to none and we always felt safe. Boniface felt more like a friend during the time we spent with him. At the end of the trip we decided we could not leave without seeing Mount Kilimanjaro going from Mombasa to Amboseli and back to Nairobi for our flight. I got in touch with Paul in Starpal Safaris again and we were so lucky that they could provide this trip and we had Boniface as our guide for two more days and one night. We were delighted and once again Boniface made our trip fantastic. At the end Boniface also brought us to the Giraffe Centre and then dropped us to the airport. We are very thankful we chose Starpal Safaris and in addition to this, blessed that we had Boniface as our guide for the second time.
