Unforgettable experience - We took the Fuji-Hakone tour today and we couldn't have asked for a better guide and driver! Our tour guide/driver Malik was very attentive to our needs, ensuring everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves throughout the tour. He contacted us couple of days before the tour to confirm the pick up point. He was punctual, friendly, courteous and guided us through out the trip. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us ample time to explore each destination without feeling rushed. Overall, this tour was an unforgettable experience, thanks to our exceptional guide and driver. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Fuji and lake Kawaguchi and surrounding area.

Beuatiful places, great guide - Went to a day trip with the guide Serferaz, who showed me the places indicated on the itinerary and also out of the list and to be honest, those were the more memorable ones, like the waterfall, which wasnt even on the road but rather in the opposite direction from Tokyo and mt Fuji. Serfi is a kind soul, who knows perfect english, has vast knowledge of Japanese culture, local geography and I would easily recommend taking a trip with the guide.

Izlaar was our tour... - Izlaar was our tour guide. He’s very polite, personally and professionally. Izlaar speaks English very well and very knowledgeable. My mother used a walker to get around, he was so tentative to her, watched out for her and ran to her when her walker got stuck and helped her to lift up her walker. Thank you, Izlaar for a wonderful day!

Relentlessly finding a viewpoint to get a glimpse of Mt. Fuji - Goraya is an exceptional tour guide. He even climbed the grueling stairs to see the Pagoda with Mount Fuji as a background. Although we weren't able to see Mount Fuji fully because of a cloudy day, we got a glimpse of its tip, thanks to Goraya, for relentlessly finding a good viewpoint while the sun was out, on our way to station 5. Thanks, Goraya! We had so much fun!

A Very Memorable Family Trip to Mt. Fuji - One of the highlights of our 2 week trip to Japan was a day trip to see Mt. Fuji. Unfortunately, the clouds didn’t permit a great viewing but the day was amazing all the same. We had a terrific guide in Nazim who was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He customized the trip to suit us, based on our interests. Took us to places we had not heard of and shared wonderful insights. We can’t recommend Nazim enough. Ask for him when booking this tour. Thank you, Nazim!

Surreal experience - This tour was one of our favorite days during our two weeks in Japan. Hassan, our guide, felt like our long lost relative who was taking us sightseeing. It was relaxed, comfortable and beyond convenient. He picked us up from our hotel in Hakone early in the morning and we started with the Hakone Ropeway before taking off for multiple spots around Mt. Fuji. We got super lucky that it was an absolutely beautiful day with clear skies. We saw Mt. Fuji from every angle, including while driving through scenic roads. It was surreal! You're able to customize the tour and decide which spots you want to hit. We really wanted to see the annual Fuji Shibazakura Festival so Hassan took the lead and figured out the order of sites to ensure we were able to. He has a relaxed way as a tour guide — he takes you to the spot, tells you where to go and what to expect and then you simply meet him back at his car afterwards. You can go at your own pace, but if you’re efficient you can go to a lot more spots though some can get very crowded. Since he used to live in the area, Hassan also knows less touristy spots and took us to Shiraito Falls as a bonus. This tour is especially worth it because a lot of the scenic spots like Lake Kawaguchi and Oshino Hakkai are pretty far from each other and without a tour guide driving you, you’d likely end up wasting a lot of time just figuring out how to get from place to place. We also have a baby so having a car was extra helpful. We’ll never forget this trip!
