Great day trip from Tokyo - It was fun adventure, we were picked up on time. The car was very spacious and clean. Mr Israr how was our guide spoke perfect English. He was knowledgeable about the sites we were visiting. Overall communication with the company was quick and easy. They will contact you thru WhatsApp.

Mt Fuji Private Tour - We booked the trip last minute, and they confirmed our booking quickly. Our driver, Raza, contacted us as soon as it was confirmed and arrived on time. He was very kind and polite. He knows the area very well, and we didn’t regret visiting the places he recommended. Thanks, Raza!

Surreal experience - This tour was one of our favorite days during our two weeks in Japan. Hassan, our guide, felt like our long lost relative who was taking us sightseeing. It was relaxed, comfortable and beyond convenient. He picked us up from our hotel in Hakone early in the morning and we started with the Hakone Ropeway before taking off for multiple spots around Mt. Fuji. We got super lucky that it was an absolutely beautiful day with clear skies. We saw Mt. Fuji from every angle, including while driving through scenic roads. It was surreal! You're able to customize the tour and decide which spots you want to hit. We really wanted to see the annual Fuji Shibazakura Festival so Hassan took the lead and figured out the order of sites to ensure we were able to. He has a relaxed way as a tour guide — he takes you to the spot, tells you where to go and what to expect and then you simply meet him back at his car afterwards. You can go at your own pace, but if you’re efficient you can go to a lot more spots though some can get very crowded. Since he used to live in the area, Hassan also knows less touristy spots and took us to Shiraito Falls as a bonus. This tour is especially worth it because a lot of the scenic spots like Lake Kawaguchi and Oshino Hakkai are pretty far from each other and without a tour guide driving you, you’d likely end up wasting a lot of time just figuring out how to get from place to place. We also have a baby so having a car was extra helpful. We’ll never forget this trip!

Fabulous! - Israr was a wonderful guide. We saw everything we wanted to see on our list and fabulous views of Mt Fugi. It was a worthwhile tour and highly recommended.

Fantastic day tour to Mt. Fuji & Hakone - Yesterday we went on a fantastic private tour to Mt. Fuji and Hakone. The trip exceeded our expectations. Israr was our wonderful driver/guide for the day. He was very professional, kind, polite and helpful. He was also a great driver; we always felt safe. Israr’s goal was to make sure we had a fun and very memorable day. We all had a fantastic time! You can customize your tour and pick what you want to see (within time limits as things are far away). We saw what we requested and Israr also took us to a couple of very special places at the end of the tour. Thank you for a great tour and lots of wonderful memories Israr! You are the best!

Best Fun and Family trip - Amazing organising by karvaan tours Such a polite and friendly driver Mr Adeel.. clean and beautiful cars. He not only covered all the places but was very cooperative and took good care of my parents who are baove 75. We had good fun at Ropeway. enjoyed the black eggs. The best part was a speed boat ride in lake kawaguchiku This trip couldnt be better

Mount fuji - Our driver Ishan was professional and polite and took us on a tour to Mount Fuji and surrounding lakes. He gave good recommendations and it was pleasant tour. The car was very clean and comfortable

Beautiful day at Mt Fuji - We had a beautiful day at Mt Fuji with ISRAR, our excellent driver/guide. We were promptly picked up from our hotel in Tokyo and driven to Mt Fuji in a large and comfortable van. Our first stop was at the Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine where we had ample time to explore the site and learn about its history. We then drove to Mt Fuji first station (the only one open that day) for a closer view of the mountain. Our next stop was the small village of Oshino Hakkai, a UNESCO World Heritage site. A quaint village with a wonderful view of Mt Fuji (hint, follow the path along the stream to get away from the crowds and find spectacular views of Mt. Fuji). We ended the day at Lake Kawaguchi for more great views of Fujisan. If time permits, don’t miss the opportunity to take the high-speed boat ride around the lake; a thrilling ride on a beautiful day! We ended our time at the lake with a visit to the beautiful flower gardens along the shore of the lake. We took this tour on a Sunday. The weather was beautiful and the crowds were large. Be prepared for large crowds anytime the weather is good (because the view of the mountain is great!). In spite of the crowds, ISRAR was outstanding in his ability to find parking areas extremely close to where we wanted to visit. He also made excellent suggestions about how we could make the best use of our time. The traffic on the return trip to Tokyo was extremely heavy. Nevertheless, ISRAR returned us safely back to our hotel in time for our dinner reservation. Thank you, ISRAR, for an unforgettable day!

Great day, despite the weather - The trip to Mt Fuji was a bit of a disappointment due to weather. Just got unlucky. The weather forecast was completely wrong. Our driver, Usman, was a great guy. A traveler and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of way to make up for the poor weather. A good recommendation was to look at one of the Mt Fuji streaming cameras to see exact weather. A bit tricky when booking in advance obviously but at least you can see what you see in for as the weather forecast that day was literally so off. The area around Mt Fuji was still amazing and the walk up to the Pagoda was great.

Dont go in this tour its not worth of your moneyey - The driver was not that ok, he has no idea that i booked for hakone and mt. Fuji tour. If i did not showed what i booked in the viator. He would not have agrree with me. He said i only booked for mt. . Fuji. Tour. Beware, because whatever was stated thats included in the tour for the amout of money i paid. The iterinary most of ihe places we did not go. Si little time we spent in every placed we went. Ww always in a hurry!
