  • Mt. Fuji 5th Station - Mt. Fuji 5th Station is located 2300 meters above sea level, offering a close view of Mt. Fuji when the weather is clear. There are numerous souvenir shops for shopping. This is the ideal spot for climbers aiming to reach the summit of Mt. Fuji. The climbing season runs from July 14 to September 10.
  • Chureito Pagoda - The Chureito Pagoda (忠霊塔, Chūreitō) is a five-story pagoda situated on a mountainside overlooking Fujiyoshida City and Mount Fuji in the distance. Part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine, it was built as a peace memorial in 1963 and is located nearly 400 steps up the mountain from the shrine’s main buildings.
  • Lake Kawaguchiko - Lake Kawaguchiko offers numerous restaurants for lunch. With a surface elevation of approximately 830 meters, the lake has cool summers and icy winters. Visitors can enjoy a ship cruise or a ropeway cable car ride, though these activities require separate fees.
  • Oshino Hakkai - Oshino Hakkai (忍野八海) is a set of eight ponds in Oshino, a small village in the Fuji Five Lake region, situated between Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanakako. The ponds are fed by snowmelt from Mount Fuji, which filters through porous lava layers for over 80 years, resulting in exceptionally clear spring water. A close view of Mt. Fuji is possible when weather conditions are favorable.
  • Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nemba - This picturesque spot features old Japanese houses with straw roofs and Mt. Fuji in the background. Visitors can find local crafts and meet local artists. Rental kimonos and samurai armor are available.
  • Oishi Park - Located on the north shore of Kawaguchiko, Oishi Park offers a stunning view of both the lake and Mt. Fuji.
  • Fuji-Q Highland - Fuji-Q Highland is an amusement park in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi, Japan, operated by Fuji Kyuko Co. It opened on March 2, 1968, and is situated near the base of Mount Fuji.
  • Mount Fuji - The trekking trail begins at the 5th station of Mt. Fuji. A guide will lead you along the Yoshida trail to the 7th station (2700 meters). The trail is easy and enjoyable. If you wish to hike to the summit, arrangements can be made.
  • Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine - Also known as the Fujiyoshida Sengen Shrine, this is the main Sengen Shrine on the north side of Mt. Fuji. Established in CE 100, it is dedicated to Konohanasakuya-hime, the Shinto goddess of Mt. Fuji. The shrine has a rich history and has significantly influenced the development of Shintoism in Japan.
