Engaging and Educational Guided Tour - Our tour guide engaged the audience with many stories about Adelicia adhering to a timeline for us to follow. It started from childhood to her demise as an adult. I don't think we would have learned any of it doing the self guided tour. Beautiful elegant home that was initially a summer home in 1853. They offer a senior discount. Restrooms on site adjacent to gift shop. Parking will be a challenge. Small parking lot on site for about 15 vehicles.

Interesting Slice of Nashville History - A friend and I were looking for something to do to kill time before our flights home and I stumbled across the mansion through a Google search. I'm so glad we did! The mansion and its on-going restoration were really interesting and the story of its owner's life was fascinating. The college campus around the mansion was also really lovely and made for a nice walk after our mansion tour.

A very interesting tour - An interesting and engaging tour of history. So many fascinating things to see. The guided part was just the right length and plenty of guides around to ask questions on the self guided tour.

Historical location in Nashville - Great way to learn about Nashville’s history! But make sure you go around to the back of the mansion for the formal entry point.

Beautiful mansion. No parking. - Beautiful house! Interesting history. I loved that they left small pieces of the Original wallpaper and flooring. We enjoyed the house very much! Parking is terrible. No parking anywhere near the mansion. Wear your walking shoes!

Lovely mansion and gardens - Our family of four with two young adults truly enjoyed this beautiful mansion and the grounds. It was very interesting to learn about the family history and see how the rich lived at the end of the 1800s.

If you like history- visit the Belmont Mansion. - The Belmont Mansion was something I wouldn’t normally have done, however I thought why not visit while we are on the trolley tours. We hopped off and visited and learned a little bit of history!! Aswell as having a self-guided tour around the mansion and exploring the rooms and reading about how people used to live. If you like to learn new things and bits about history- visit the Belmont Mansion.
