Superb experience - Tour guide Greg, along with the team were superb at welcoming our party of 16 members unannounced, including 8 visually impaired friends. Greg went out of his way to provide excellent descriptive commentary on the various rooms in this fascinating mansion, to bring the story to life, & particularly aid our VI friends. Thank you so much.

Fantastic tour guide made this BEST OF NASHVILLE - Our tour guide (historic interpreter) Greg made our visit. The perspective he provided on the mansion, its owners and visitors, and especially U.S. history was truly second to none. Other historic sites in Nashville (and elsewhere) pale in comparison to the quality of the tour we got here- and for only $4 more than general admission. Greg was one of the best tour guides, and therefore one of the best tours we have had here or anywhere.

Amazing place - This was such an amazingly beautiful place. I loved every room that was in here. I think my favorite was the formal dining room. I will definitely be back.

S Tier Experience, Will be back - From the entrance to the end, it was a lovely experience. You're ushered in, guided to the gift shop, given an introduction and explanation, and then you start your self-guided tour. Our introductor appeared to be a student (guessing) and he did a great job going through his speech. Another group asked questions and he was able to completely answer them all. Every room is painstakingly recreated and clean (much better than other historic sites we've toured). Every level has a guide who is helpful, and our favorite was the History major gal we encountered a few times. She is obviously passionate about the mansion and made our queries a joy to go through! We will visit again and take the guided tour, it will be very much worth it! (Don't forget to tour the sculptures and gardens out front and look through all the windows!)

A beautiful mansion - It was amazing to see and listen to the history of the house how it was connected to Louisiana. One of the room was under reconstruction, so it was a little inside look what was going on during the process. My guide if I remember his name right Jay was a wonderful guide.

Beautiful and Historical - The Belmont Mansion has beautiful architecture and many original pieces. It is a step back in history and a glimpse into another world. The chandeliers were gorgeous, and the fireplaces magnificent. Thank you for allowing self-guided tours with plenty of people to answer questions.

Engaging and Educational Guided Tour - Our tour guide engaged the audience with many stories about Adelicia adhering to a timeline for us to follow. It started from childhood to her demise as an adult. I don't think we would have learned any of it doing the self guided tour. Beautiful elegant home that was initially a summer home in 1853. They offer a senior discount. Restrooms on site adjacent to gift shop. Parking will be a challenge. Small parking lot on site for about 15 vehicles.
