We had an early morning bike ride with Tom, he was awesome! So knowledgeable and funny. He safely got us all over downtown and back. It was wonderful to do the tour on our first morning of the trip, I was then able to share with our friends so many facts about your beautiful city because of him. Thanks Tom

Cam was our tour guide. He made sure everyone was comfortable on their bike before we left. The tour was a blast. Riding E-bikes through Nashville was super fun. We were able to stop and take pics when we wanted and Cam gave us some cool info about Nashville that we did not get on the hop on hop off bus tour. I highly recommend the ebike tour.

It would be helpful and more pleasant if your audio sets worked better. You could only hear if you were super close to the guide. We had a big group so it was hard to be close all the time.

+ Eric was very knowledgeable about Nashville/TN history and sites, I loved the civic pride he exemplified + He gave clear directions on upcoming turns, and I felt safe at all times even in traffic + Wearing a one-ear headset to hear the guide was highly effective and enabled me to also hear traffic/stay alert - Eric's co-worker did not charge his e-bike after the previous tour, so his bike's battery died making it very slow and difficult to return to our starting point - Joyride standard instructions state to arrive 30 min. prior to your appointment. Don't bother...I arrived at 7:45am for my 8:15am appointment and was locked out of the building; no one arrived until Eric showed up at 8:15am. This started my tour out on a very sour note given I woke up 30 minutes early, only to sit outside waiting.
