• Queen’s Staircase - Known as “The 66 Steps,” this 102-foot natural staircase was carved from limestone by slaves in the late 1700s to honor Queen Victoria’s 66-year reign over the British Empire. It offers a breathtaking, natural landscape that is a must-see.
• Fort Fincastle - At the summit of The Queen’s Staircase is Bennet’s Hill, home to Fort Fincastle and The Water Tower. Built in 1783 by British Lord Dunmore using limestone and slave labor, the fort was designed to protect Nassau harbor from Spanish and French invasions. • Arawak Cay - The tour then heads west to the final stop, The “Fish Fry” at Arawak Cay. Named after the original inhabitants, the Arawak Indians, guests can dine at local restaurants and savor local dishes like conch, lobster, and macaroni. Guides ensure visits to the best restaurants with great prices. The tour concludes with a guided return to historic Nassau and drop-off at the original pick-up location.
