Great experience - Good experience .. no issues .. will try again next time. Everything was taken care as per schedule and all charges declared upfront.

Fun for the whole family! - The staff were great! They helped us with switching vehicles so we had nets on the sides for our small kids safety, they guided us to the right road to go out of town, and let us drop off our vehicle at the port. Our whole family had so much fun driving around the island. In our opinion it’s the best way to see Nassau!

CC Sports was awesome! ... - CC Sports was awesome! The staff was wonderful and took care of our family every step of the way. Would totally do it again. Great way to get out of the city !

Great excursion for families - This was a great way to tour Nassau. We loved that we had freedom to explore! C&C scooters were great to work with. We would book it again.

We misunderstood the... - We misunderstood the meeting place and the pick up driver was very accommodating. We called him he told us to stay put found us and took us to the rental center. Very friendly and helpful staff was a fun time all around.

Save your money - Nassau is a great place to visit, bit do your homework before renting. The rental staff is great, very engaging and polite, but the buggies have seen better days!

Buggy/Cart Remtal - The buggy rental was fun, but the actual cart we got was very old and had issues. It stated stereo and speakers but none. Thought it would have a roof but it didn’t. So? It was very hot and uncomfortable because seats are black. Would have been more enjoyable with a better cart.

Find another option - I typically have no issues with anything we book with Viator. However, due to a cancellation by our cruise line on our excursion we tried to find an alternate. We book this it did not go as planned. We were give instructions to meet at the cruise pier which is 1000 feet long with zones for meeting. Nobody showed up. I tried calling the contact number 8 times in 30 minutes and it always went straight to an answering machine. Come to found our there is a hut on the street once you leave the pier where C&C Rentals is located. So once this was located I found out that the $450 rental was the initial price. I did see on the listing that there was a $40 insurance and $20 fee for something else. What wasn’t on the listing was that this is for each person!!!! I had a party of 4 and was out another $240.00 The listing also stated that the utv would be supplied with a full tank of gas and we would get a map of Nassau. Neither was truthful. The utv are pretty dated and not new units but that can be expected in Nassau. However, we got a little over a half tank of gas and the fact that I didn’t realize till after we left is on me but I was irritated at that point. BE WARNED, we DID NOT get a map and there is NO WI-FI or Internet. Yes I have an international plan so I could make calls but my IPhone could not use maps and I could access the internet to use google maps. We were stuck with driving around the city close to cruise pier where we knew we couldn’t get lost. We ended up just taking the utv back early and walked around downtown. I will say that the drivers were extremely nice that took us from the hut on the road to the location where we picked up the utv. However I am extremely dissatisfied with the unknown cost and incorrect inclusions on the listing. I would NOT RECCOMEND this viator listing to anyone. Find another.

Poorly run - Never got picked up to go. Waited 45 minutes after designated time. Ended up grabbing a tour taxi. Which was exactly what we did Not WANT TO DO

Awful experience - Our rental was such a bad experience, First, our pickup person was 45 min late and as opposed to what they advertise that the pick-up is close to pier, it's not. Due to the port construction going on, they will drive you to their office (only the driver, so if you have a 6-seater reservation, you have to leave rest of the family on the street) and then you sign the paperwork and drive back in the port traffic to pick-up your family. In all this delay and logistics, we lost 1 hr 30 mins of our 6 hr rental. Also, the vehicles were in very bad shape and in fact dangerous to drive. We were given 2 mins orientation to the vehicle and then we were on our own. One vehicle had a poorly responding reverse gear and another vehicle had a loose / over- compensation steering wheel. In addition, the vehicles were dirty, all our clothes had stain on them after sitting in those torn seats. To compensate we asked to treat this as a 4 hr rental rather than 6 hr, but the manager arrogantly denied the request, without acknowledging any of the shortcomings with the rental. TripAdvisor / Viator were absolutely of no help here. So stay away from this rental company. There are other good customer centric choices and also companies right at the port exit with much cheaper and better / newer vehicles.
