Car was great, booking company NOT - The car was great. Company called us and postponed our trip the morning of the trip. Meet point was vague. Instructions to operate were not fully explained. We listened to beeping the entire ride because they didn’t hit the “ok” button and didn’t tell us to either. The beach was beautiful but workers all around were annoying and lie to get you to give them money. I would go again bur book through a different company!

Great experience - Very professional and prompt. We had to wait a little while for the car to be ready but it was due to an incident somewhere else on the beach. We had a great time with the car

Carjet experience - It was an amazing experience we really enjoyed ourselves. It was exciting and exactly what we expected it to be.

30th birthday trip lovedddddddd it - Great Experience they were very friendly. Highly recommend for adventurous people. Thought it would be scary but it isn’t at all.

Fun - We booked for 3pm but we arrived at the beach early. The guys allow us to go early at like 12. Nice view 30mins was enough for us to enjoy.

So fun - This was so fun. The men are so nice lol. Meet at a beach and wait your turn lol you can ride solo or they will drive you.

Jet cars, Bahamas - Enjoyed the jet car. Got 20 minutes each to drive. However had to negotiate to get an extra 10 minutes. Duration is normally 30 minutes. Nice staff pleasant and polite. Did not push the sale.

Jet car ride - Good excursion we had lots of fun , staff was really cool too. Only issue was communication and it was mainly WiFi for us at the hotel so didn’t get messages from staff ahead of time !!! I definitely recommend the activity

BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! - We made our reservation a day in advance and received confirmation, leading us to believe everything would be ready when we arrived. However, when we got there—early, no less—the car wasn’t available, and there was no representative from the rental company in sight. After standing in the sun for 45 minutes with no updates or communication, I had to approach someone myself just to get a phone number to call. Only then were we informed that the car would be late, and there was no apology or effort to make things right. This was by far the worst experience we've ever had with a rental company. It was my husband’s birthday, and the whole day was ruined because of this. If you're looking for a hassle-free rental experience, do yourself a favor and get your rental elsewhere.
