Awesome experience - Isaac, our tour guide is very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of information along the route. He is really friendly and ready to help, really accommodating and very fun! Provided us with really good suggestions on where to eat. Super recommended.

Fantastic Tour!!! - This was an excellent tour!!! I don’t remember his name but nickname was “Bahama Papa”. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Nassau. We stopped at numerous points of interest!! Bahama Papa was super and I would definitely recommend this tour!

Better communication - It was a rough start due to no communication for me to seek out Viking tours. After that it was a really good tour Keith was knowledgeable and professional.

Little lame - The trip was nothing like advertised, or we anticipated. It was more of just a driver dropping us off. He didn’t stay with us when we got out of the van. We didn’t get a bottle of water, as promised. We were supposed to go to a fish fry, but we were just dropped off at some fish shack, where we purchased our own food, and then later picked back up. This was not worth the price and was very disappointing.

Disappointed - It is not a bus tour as advertised! It’s like a taxi with 7 people jammed in. Very uncomfortable. The guide/driver did not speak loudly or directly enough to people. Very little information while driving. We got more information from a taxi driver. We have used viator before and have always been satisfied but this one was very disappointing.

Cancelled tour on the same day - The tour was cancelled on the same day—no notice. We showed up at the appointed time and the guide wasn’t there. I called the number and he claimed he had cancelled it early that morning but we did not receive notice until after the appointed 10 am time. We ended up catching a tour from the licensed tour & taxi dispatcher inside the cruise terminal for half the price. I don’t recommend this at all as it’s much cheaper to go with one of the dispatchers on the inside where the cruise terminal is.

This was booked as a... - This was booked as a wheelchair accessible tour. There was no wheelchair lift in the bus, and every stop included steps, so we could not enjoy the sights. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Spend you money in the casino instead! - This has to be the most worthless tour I've been on in the Caribbean! There is basically nothing to really see on the island of Nassau. Our tour operator, Rollie was late and he indicated he was not the original operator but took us anyway. Rollie told us about the sites around town but did not use a mic and the family in the back of the bus could not hear him. I had trouble understanding him myself. Definitely NOT worth the cost!!!
