A great way to see the highlights of this very interesting city. - Rollie, our driver, was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer all question from our group of 8 people. He made the tour very interesting and enjoyable.

Great way to explore Nassau - Our tour was small group of four. We got to ask questions and spend a little more time in each stop. Our driver was full of information and made the your fun!

It was a wonderful experience - Small group feel. Wasn’t crowded. Didn’t feel like you were hearding cattle. Appreciate the friendliness and knowledgeability of the tour guide.

Five Star Tour - Ben is amazing tour guide! After searching and searching for the perfect tour I’m glad we chose this one, especially as a first-timer here. Came from a cruise and the tour began the moment we got in the vehicle. Every stop was great to experience. We saw Atlantis and the forts, rum factory, chocolate house, Queen’s staircase and many other places including Fish Fry for food. It was 3 hours but felt like more and we never felt rushed. Ben took amazing photos of us and was very knowledgeable and informative and the samples at the places he provided were amazing. Also, so grateful for the AC in the vehicle because it was HOTTT outside. Thank you Ben, from Brittany and Dontae, for making this the perfect birthday trip!

Happy Camper - Ben was a great tour guide and provided extra attention and service. He moved at our pace and even stopped so we could run into a grocery store. Fun guide!

Parrish is the BEST Tour Guide I’ve ever had in the Bahamas and I’ve been 5 times! - Parrish was AMAZING Very Professional and knowledge of the Island most wonderful picture taking just will make your trip the Most Wonderful Experience.

Half day tour Bahamas - I really enjoyed my experience. Our tour guide Isaac was awesome. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the island’s history, landmarks, and culture. He answered any questions we had about the history and even showed us the local neighborhoods. During the day we got to taste some chocolate, rum cake, wine and pina colada samples. All were delicious. We got to return to a clean, air conditioned minivan after every stop. We had plenty of places to shop for Souvenirs and got back to the cruise port on time. Pickup was easy as well. I highly recommend this was way to learn about the Bahamas and experience some highlights.

Bahama Papa rocks! - Bahama Papa, Izzy, was amazing. He was informative, funny and patient when we wanted a little bit longer. It was a great experience and we were so glad we did it.

Lied to and left out in the rain. - Viking Rentals - If you are ever paired up with this company - cancel and find someone else to help you out. We booked this tour in advance of our arrival - never had any communications with the tour operator. Our tour was scheduled for 2pm (late port arrival) for a 3hr City tour. At approximately 12:45 I messaged the company via the Viator app messenger to please clarify the pickup location. Never heard back from Viking Rentals. At 2pm, we located what appeared to be the local pickup point for most of the Nassau tour excursions, and asked several of the drivers if they knew of Viking Rentals, showing them the "ticket" from Viator. One of the gentlemen helped us contact Viking Rentals by phone, at which time the guy who answered informed us that they had contacted us to cancel the tour. Here we were at 2pm getting ready to board, and yet they never contacted us...... We were saved by another driver who happened to have 2 seats available, at half the price. I'd love to shout out to him, but we did not get h is contact information. NOW - during our tour with the new driver - we went to Bahama Barrels Winery - upon entry - Lo and Behold we see a "Tour Guide" sporting the Viking Rentals, Viator, Travelocity polo shirt, flirting with a group of young scantily clad drunk female tourists, the behavior that we witnessed in public with other families in the immediate vicinity was entirely disrespectful, and not at all professional. HUGE Shout out to Viator - once we reported that the "tour operator" had ditched us - they began processing the refund, and it was back in our account by end of the same day.

Dont book with them.Unreliable - They cancelled our tour and this wasted our limited time in Bahamas. This totally ruined our first time on Bahamas.They sent an email but since we dont have a online connection.Theres no way for us to know that its cancelled.At least they should have tried to call us but no.If i didnt call them we wouldnt know.
