Airport transfer private - Great driver. Being this is the Bahamas and this is a more value private transfer, don’t be surprised if you are picked up in an aging limousine. The free water was cold and the car was comfortable and the driver was great. We laughed at the stretch limousine because it was old and indeed a stretch but I would do it again in a minute. My kids got a kick out of it and we made quite the entrance to the Coral at Atlantis pretty much cracking up as we watched the arriving scene unfold.

We had an extremely early departure flight going home 6am!. The car was waiting at our hotel by 430am to take us to the airport. I would definitely use them again.</p>

Prompt and informative - Our pick up driver was spectacular - and have us a lot of info. Our return driver - was not as informative and we thought the tail end of the vehicle Was coming off. But they were on time and we got to where we need to be.

Beware of bait and switch. - I booked this company for my family trip. This is approximately my 40th trip to Nassau/Paradise Island. The company took my reservation then sent me multiple confirmations. I then get a call they changed my time (for there convenience) and then my vehicle without telling me until i saw it in my new confirmation they sent. I called and asked why they changed the vehicle they said that’s what they had with the time change. I said I didn’t want the time change. She said she will change it back. They sent me the confirmation again correctly and then the next day I get another call where they change the vehicle again because this is now what they have available. This is not acceptable. If you take the reservation, then hold the reservation. Holding the reservation is really the most important part of a reservation. Anyone can take a reservation. You have to be able to HOLD the reservation
