Private Oceanview Villa at SunCay - This is well worth the money. We were met right off the ship by staff and walked a short distance to a boat that took us to the island. The boat trip was about 20-25 minutes. The villa was clean, and our host "Kenson" was wonderful! He told us about the island and answered any questions we had. We never had an empty drink (which included water, soft drinks, beer, cocktails) and delivered a delicious lunch. I would highly recommend this adventure. The only bad part was time went too fast and it before we knew it, it was time to leave. Kudos to Kenson!

True VIP experience - What an amazing day!! Tina was absolutely on the ball, she made sure our drinks didn't run out, took us to the lighthouse and to see the iguanas while telling us all about the "key" Bahamas and pearl island. The Villa was also spectacular!! Had our own private section. The snorkeling was also a awesome experience seeing the plane that went done and statues in the water. Last but not least the chicken was DELICIOUS!!! Truly felt like VIP thanks so much for a great experience we will most definitely be back.

Great day! - Seemed somewhat unorganized at the start but overall great experience. Beach was beautiful and the staff (both on the island and especially the captain and guide on the shuttle boat) were FANTASTIC

Amazing experience - My family & I were in a cruise. We rented two villas to spend the day at port and celebrate my daughter’s 16 bday.
As soon as we stepped out of the ferry , our amazing experience began.
Kenson was incredible. He made sure that we all fell comfortable & pleased. He was very knowledgeable and shared some of the history of Bahamas with us. He also escorted us to the different activities : snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding , & the iguana 🦎 sanctuary.
This young man was very attentive, kind and made sure that we were taking advantage of every activity the island had to offer. He kept the drink flowing and he even deliver our lunch to the villas. The food was delicious 🤤.
The staff around the island were friendly & helpful throughout the day.
I honestly loved this placed, the VIP Villa experience & service was a 10/10.
Way better than Carnival Villas @ Half Moon Cay.
This excursion was the highlight of our cruise. Everyone in our group of 10 had a great time. We will tell our friends & family. We definitely be back next year!

Very deceiving description - This one is quite deceiving. Not sure how it got so many great reviews. The villa is anything but private. You walk up shared stairs and there are no doors. Very open air. No air conditioning. The safe was so rusted you could easily cut yourself on it. It had not worked in years. The shower did not work. The sink in the main room was rusty, dirty and dropped the entire time. The food was awful. The service was pretty good. The water is pretty but not right at your villa. You can see it but must walk a bit to get in. The water made the excursion. I would not do this one again. Just get a beach chair or cabana. The experience would have been better. We paid a lot for this one to be so disappointed.

NOT worth the stomach ache!!! - Bring a towel!! The villas are run down and are NOT a luxury retreat. Very DIRTY. Trash in the water and in other unoccupied villas… some villas are used as a holding area for broken items and the attention to detail was ignored. If you want sun, don’t get a villa. Snorkeling is within a roped off beach area. Food was cold and terrible. A paper plate includes: One cold Chicken wing, BBQ sauce, beans and rice, fried fish nugget, and cold slaw. Food made us all sick with a lower GI problem. Drinks were VERY limited. The “butler” was very nice and said many customers complain about the accommodations and false advertising. Not recommended. The ocean is beautiful and the day resort has a ton of potential but it isn’t worth the money, effort and time to visit.

Very disappointing. Scammed out of over $1200. - This company was very poorly organized. It was hard to find where to meet from our cruise. We had to wait in line for every activity. Our butler was overwhelmed by other guests. We had no time to actually enjoy the villa because of the lines for the activities. There was no guide for snorkeling.

Save your money! - Avoid this excursion at all cost. It is not worth your money. The island itself is beautiful and you can book any excursion to go there to receive the same service. We booked the VIP Villa. We were definitely not treated like VIP, if we wanted a drink we had to go find a bartender. We were told that we were supposed to have an employee walking around with us at all times. The villa itself was rundown and broken. Our restroom was not working as well as the sink. While we were there maintenance, was trying to fix it. There were other villas available, but they refused to move us, saying other families were coming, but nobody showed up. We were never able to see the iguanas or use sports water equipment. The butler ranked his service 3/10 and often was sitting around on his cell phone.

Find Another Company!!!! - We booked this as an excursion while in Nassau for a cruise stop. Have used Trip Advisor in the past with no problems so figured we try again. BIG MISTAKE! Directions to pick up spot were horrible. Took 30 minutes and several stops to ask people for directions. We finally found the spot, waited until pick up time had come and gone and nobody showed up. I found a spot with an open wifi network so I could check my email and found an email from that morning cancelling the trip due to boat problems. Now, I get that things happen, but anyone with a boat knows that mechanical problems happen. This company has no contingency plans and if the boat doesn't start, your trip gets cancelled. It was too late to schedule anything else so we were stuck with nothing to do. Though the trip sounds really fun, I would find another company to book with.
