The tour will be leaving from the Elizabeth on Bay Marina located downtown Nassau (opposite Hoffer Sports). Please walk to the rear of the Plaza (Towards the water). The marina is right next to a restaurant called 'Salsa'. Look for someone with Suncay shirt and they will guide you from there.

Note quite as "luxurious" as described, but enjoyable - Sun Cay is not quite how it is described. Facilities were just okay; small beach areas, lunch quality so-so (no beverage included). Re its description of "Tropical refreshments", note that none of that is included in the price; you even have to pay for water. Snorkeling is just off the beach, unless you buy a tour to go a little offshore. Plenty of chairs, many under palm-type umbrella structures. So, once we accepted that it is not "luxurious", we had a very nice day at Sun Cay. Note re signing in to get on the boat, there were no signage to indicate where to meet. At the corner of Bay St. & Elizabeth, there is a corridor between the plaza stores on the marina side; walk through to the end.

what experience - upon arrival we were informed that our excursion booked was cancelled, they did not have us setup. we contacted tripadvisor for explanation an they informed us that my card was denied. never did they contact me for an explanation or to remedy the situation. it should not have been denied and after speaking with bank they confirmed denial due to security reasons, but again neither the bank nor tripadvisor made any contact, therefore no excursion at this location. never again.

Terrible - Only good part about this tour was the view. Half the island was closed. Everything else was roped off and not in service. Only thing you could do was sit on the beach. Only one spray nozzle worked to wash off after you left the sand. Only had local beer and liquor. No imported beers as advertised. We could’ve stayed at our all inclusive and got the same experience. Even with half the island closed we got reimbursement or free compensation. Boat was broke down and only had one working motor. Which they worked on for 5-10 after we boarded and again and next stop for another 5-10 minutes totally 15-20 total off our time at the island. Absolutely do not recommend.
