Travelers get to visit three or four uninhabited tropical islands where they get to experience snorkeling and fishing on there own private boat. The fishing is light tackle for yellow tail snapper and trigger fish or spear fishing for lobster and grouper. The snorkeling includes untouched, brilliantly colored coral reefs covered in wildlife including fish and turtles. Each tour is customized to suit the family/group’s abilities and preferences. The boat is a large center console with adequate shade and space for the family. Rum punch or beer can be added to the cooler which always has water and soft drinks on board.

Girl group- boat ride from heaven! - We had THE BEST time with Jason and crew!!!
Our ride consisted of a group of 10 girls who were feeling a little rough- day after a fun night out! We had come off of 2 days of rain- and were so excited to have a little bit of sun on our boat cruise. The trip exceeded my expectations, Jason was SO flexible, as we really didn't know what we wanted to do until we hopped on the boat. He found us amazing snorkeling spots, including a swim with turtles!! We stopped at a quiet private island for a little beach time and he made sure we had everything we needed! (Including an Irish coffee for a friend who was hurting!)
Waters were on board, there was plenty of snorkel gear, and the music hooked up to bluetooth easily! It was a highlight of our trip for sure and we cannot wait to visit Jason again!

Amazing Time - This was our second trip with Captain Jason while in Nassau on a cruise. Each time we were a small group of women and girls so I had done my homework. We had a wonderful and safe time both trips snorkeling, swimming with pigs and turtles, and enjoying the beauty of the area around Nassau. The time is totally customized to what you enjoy and want to experience. Arranging the trips was easy via email. Captain Jason is so patient and able to help people become comfortable in the water. The time spent learning to snorkel with Captain Jason gave my nine year old niece a new level of confidence she is taking into the new school year. Everyone said the day out on the boat was the best part of our cruises. I highly recommend this excursion and am looking forward to going out with Island Time Charters again in a couple of months.

Perfect beach and snorkel day for a BIG group! - Captain Jason and I spoke about our trip for three months leading up to it. We had 34 people between three boats. We snorkeled three different location and had a beach break with lunch at Footprints. The guides got into the water with those who wanted to snorkel via tour while others snorkeled on their own. We enjoyed two reef systems and a shipwreck. We were taken through the "tunnel" at Atlantis and it was just a perfectly planned and executed trip. Each boat had plenty of cold drinks on board and plenty of masks and snorkels. This was the best snorkel trip our company has been on and we would use Jason and his team again, in a heartbeat.

Great Personalized Snorkeling Trip for a Family - My family of four had a wonderful and safe time with Captain Jason and his Co-Caption Jay. We did a 2 hour private snorkeling excision on board a clean and modern boat. Everything was very well communicated through email and WhatsApp. Caption Jason took great care of us and made the experience personalized and special!

Once in a lifetime experience! - Amazing charter! We were able to do everything we wanted within the 4 hour time frame. We arrived late because we were told it was booked for 9 and Jason was told 8. Even so, he kept to our 4 hours and was sooo incredible. We fished, tried to swim with the sharks, swam with turtles and visited the reefs. Both of my kids (14&11) had a once in a lifetime experience. I can’t say thank you enough!

Amazing boat day! - Our family of nine (including kids ages 9-14) spent the afternoon with Jason & Jason while in town from our cruise. Everything was easy to organize by email, they were incredibly flexible in accommodating our interests - even taking us to swim with sea turtles as a last minute request, and lovely to chat with while on the boat. Everyone agreed that this was the highlight of our entire trip - if we’re ever back on the island they will be our first call!

The Best Part of Our Seven Day Cruise! - My family of 6 adults booked the 6 hour charter during a cruise stop in Nassau. Communication with Captain Jason was excellent before the charter and the boat was easy to find once we departed the ship. After a short boat ride we stopped so 3 of us could fish. We all caught fish and had a blast. Next we snorkeled and saw many cool fish and a beautiful reef. After, we went to a beach bar where we enjoyed some cocktails, an excellent lunch, and finally some more cocktails. Finally we had a fun boat ride to get back to our ship. During the entire excursion, Captain Jason and his son Captain Jason were constantly checking in to make sure we were having a great time. They were quick to get drinks for us, helped with everything while fishing, and escorted us to and from the beach bar. I cannot recommend this excursion highly enough. Do not hesitate, book with Captain Jason. The next time I have an opportunity, I will be visiting Nassau and booking again with Island Time Charters!

Great family experience! - We did a two family (7 people) excursion from a cruise ship stop in Nassau. Best choice we made because Jason and his son Jason were fantastic. They were very welcoming and let you choose what you wanted to do. We fished first and everyone that wanted to fish did catch a fish (not guaranteed), we then went snorkeling in a shallow area where you could swim up to the beach for a while if you wanted to and finally proceeded to a deeper snorkeling area. Such a wonderful trip and much better than being on a boat with 35 or more people and with this excursion you can choose what you want to do. If you want to do beach hopping or just snorkeling, you have those options. They provide water and some soft drinks in the package and ability to fish if you want to. If we go back to Nassau we would use them again with no questions.

TRIPADVISOR screwed the tour provider - I WILL NEVER AGAIN BOOK A TRIP WITH TRIP ADVISOR. They sent us the wrong address - Bay St in Bahamas to a marina that will not allow private access. They never contacted the charter service. They are taking no responsibility for the extra data charges to call to find out what the flip was going on, $100 in extra taxi charges, their providing the wrong address, the inconvenience to the other family sharing our taxi, or the fact they never contacted the tour provider. They’re just trying to screw the tour provider and not owning any responsibility for their mistakes. SHAME!
Now to the good part: The charter service provider (Jason) contacted a friend (Captain Monroe) who subsequently substituted for our charter. Captain Monroe did a great job. He took us snorkeling and we had a great time. In the future, I will book with the charter company directly or go back to Priceline or Travelocity.
