Loved it! - So much fun! We drank and danced, met new people, saw the island , ate authentic island food, had a rum tasting.....the tour guides were so much fun :-) It was too cold unfortunately to swim or go to the beach and this was the perfect activity! I highly recommend!

Awesome Experience! - It was an awesome experience. Everyone was so nice and engaging! A large variety of sites and places. Always a drink in hand at all times.

My tour nickname might have been Captain Indecisive🤣 but i am 100% sure I'd recommend this tour!! - Great time!! Pink Sugar was an awesome guide!! I was a little nervous going on my own but our group quickly became friends and we were dancing and sippin slow...ish. they are serious when they say Eat a good breakfast. Rum punch nonstop, 9 diff rums, sky juice, a moonshine tasting, a wine tasting, idk how many shots. Also chocolate and cigar tour and lunch.

Amazing to go with a group of friends! - This tour exceeded our expectations in every way possible! We DEFINITELY got our money’s worth of the drinking, and our tour guide “naughty” was very knowledgeable and friendly; “nice” was an amazing driver who ensured our safety during the whole tour. I would not think twice about booking this experience if you like to dance, drink, and have a good time! Thank you again ladies.

Must-Do! - VERY fun! We only had a few on the bus due to weather, but it was almost more fun because we got to know each other! The guide and driver were extremely friendly!!!

We had a blast in Nassau! - My husband and I arrived from Virginia and kicked off our vacation with the Rum and Reggae Tour. John and Q were our guides. John was a wealth of encyclopedic information about Bahamian history, rum, and cuisine. He gave us new insight into tasting spirits. Our guides were friendly and fun and so were our tour mates from England and Louisiana. We had a blast drinking rum punch on the bus, dancing to great tunes, and laughing all the way! So fun, we didn’t want our tour to end! The cigar factory was interesting as we observed how cigars are made from scratch. Highly recommend!

This tour was the perfect... - This tour was the perfect mix of culture, fun, and relaxation. From the moment we boarded, the energy was amazing great music, friendly hosts, and a laid-back island vibe. We enjoyed delicious rum tastings, learned about Bahamian history and culture, and got to experience Nassau beyond the cruise port. The stops were well planned, and the guide was engaging and knowledgeable while keeping the atmosphere fun and upbeat. This is a fantastic option if you want something enjoyable without being too strenuous. It felt like a celebration of the island, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free excursion.

Amazing - The BEST tourist I've had so far yet!!!!! Omg I highly recommend and you WILL NOT be disappointed. The ladies went above and beyond for the group. We had a family who needed to make it back to the ship before 330pm and the driver made sure they made it on time, actually toke them to the doc!!!! They missed the last of the trip but she made sure they got the main events experience. I really loved this tour and beware you will get INTOXICATED so eat a good breakfast before u go!

Poor customer service - I have used Viator to book many tours, and traveled on tours with other companies as well. I have always had wonderful experiences. Unfortunately, due to the customer service, I would not recommend booking this one. I originally booked this tour as a birthday present for my mother and a group of seven. When I originally booked the tour, slots were open for up to 14 people. I booked for seven, and sent the tour operator a message asking about the possibility of booking the entire bus for an additional price. I did not hear back until two days before the tour that the operator had booked six of the additional seven slots (the same day the operator charged my card for the seven slots I had originally booked). Since the tour was booked, I opted to keep the slots. Unfortunately, we were unable to take the tour, which leads to my second poor customer service experience. We were set to arrive at port via cruise ship. The day we reached port, we were unable to dock due to winds of more than 40 knots (50MPH), and therefore were unable to take the tour. When the operator reached out to me about a meeting place, I informed them and inquired about the possibility of a partial refund. The tour operator asked for verification that the cruise ship had not docked. (Note: the meeting area for the tour is 750 feet from the cruise port, so the wind speeds should have been the same, and cruise ships are large enough to see from the meeting area). I provided a screenshot from my cruise ship’s app announcing that we would not dock. I was then left on read, despite several follow ups. While I understand that some companies may offer non-refundable tours or may choose not to offer private tours, it is unacceptable that a company be unable to answer basic questions about its policies. Given that many travelers are coming from other countries and may be unable/uneasy navigating in a new country, I would recommend using a company that is more able to provide clear information about its policies and procedures, and which is willing to provide customer flexibility.
