A Perfect Experience! - A fantastic experience. Driver was texting as we landed and cleared immigration and waiting outside. Professional and helpful, easy, no muss or fuss!
On the way back, we had "Pinky" as our driver who was fantastic as well. She had karaoke in the van and had the whole family jamming out on the way back to the airport. Absolutely recommend for your transport needs in the Bahamas.

above and beyond - Godel Transportation driver Pinky was amazing. Yes we were transported but she went above and beyond. One of our passengers left his phone in the car. She came back to the airport, called the owner's wife, and left the phone with the Delta desk. She had no idea how important the phone was as it also monitored glucose. She just went out of her way. Plus she was friendly and gave us a tour as we went to the hotel.

Great service - clear communications - The dispatcher from Godel reached out and gave specific details as our flight was on approach. Making contact with our driver was quick and easy as soon as we retrieved our luggage. Delano, our driver, was very helpful, professional and friendly. We will be using them again in the future.

Excellent Experience - Booked round trip transfer; communication was Excellent. On time for each pick up and very clean vehicle. Our driver, Delano, was great; he made us feel so welcome and gave us an informative overview of his beautiful island as we made our way to the hotel.

Excellent!!! - This was the first time my husband and I traveled alone, usually we are with friends or family, I am a travel advisor, so I did some research with Viator before I picked the company that I did. I was a little nervous about how to find our driver when we arrived, but as soon as the door opened, I saw Delano with a sign that had my name on it. He gave us a little tour of downtown Nassau, pointing out good places to eat as well as places to shop. On our return, he arrived to pick us up a little early, which was fine with us, we were waiting, had a nice conversation and drive to the airport:) Will 100% recommend this company and Delano to my clients.

Transportation at it finest - As soon as we landed and I took phone off airplane mode we had a message letting us know Delano would be there to pick us up. We let them know as soon as we went thru customs had our luggage and within 5 minutes or Delano was there.
Delano was very personable, pointed out things of interest and answered any questions we had.
Contact was made with us to verify our departure and time given when we would be picked up. We were picked up on time and returned to airport.
We will definitely use them again, and we were extremely pleased. Next time we will book some tours with them.

Terrible pick up from airport - Prepaid for round trip. Arrived to no one to pick up. After 30 min of calling and searching received a message from taxi driver who was at a gas’s station and gave us their License Plate number. Are we supposed to walk around the airport and check every car’s license??
