Excellent Experience - Booked round trip transfer; communication was Excellent. On time for each pick up and very clean vehicle. Our driver, Delano, was great; he made us feel so welcome and gave us an informative overview of his beautiful island as we made our way to the hotel.

Excellent!!! - This was the first time my husband and I traveled alone, usually we are with friends or family, I am a travel advisor, so I did some research with Viator before I picked the company that I did. I was a little nervous about how to find our driver when we arrived, but as soon as the door opened, I saw Delano with a sign that had my name on it. He gave us a little tour of downtown Nassau, pointing out good places to eat as well as places to shop. On our return, he arrived to pick us up a little early, which was fine with us, we were waiting, had a nice conversation and drive to the airport:) Will 100% recommend this company and Delano to my clients.

Transportation at it finest - As soon as we landed and I took phone off airplane mode we had a message letting us know Delano would be there to pick us up. We let them know as soon as we went thru customs had our luggage and within 5 minutes or Delano was there.
Delano was very personable, pointed out things of interest and answered any questions we had.
Contact was made with us to verify our departure and time given when we would be picked up. We were picked up on time and returned to airport.
We will definitely use them again, and we were extremely pleased. Next time we will book some tours with them.

The Best Translation! - Great people! Super friendly and fun! When we first arrived Pinky was on top of it! She was perfectly on time and was super energetic when we finally met! Pinky definitely set the tone of the vacation with karaoke in the car and telling us about the island. She gave us pointers of what to do, what to try, where to visit, etc. Pinky definitely got the party started for us! Going back to the airport we had Delano who was also great. Delano was super friendly and again, perfectly on time. Our flight was a bit early so we didn’t converse much as we had just woken up, but Delano was understanding and overall a great person. If you’re looking for transportation you can depend on, book Delano and Pinky!

Pinky is a superstar! - From start to finish our driver Pinky made our trip memorable and very smooth. I was so happy once I found out she was our driver because I read other reviews about her and she did not disappoint! She was fun, great personality and knowledgeable about the island too. Looking forward to going back to the Bahamas and will definitely ask for Pinky! Highly recommend her!

Terrible pick up from airport - Prepaid for round trip. Arrived to no one to pick up. After 30 min of calling and searching received a message from taxi driver who was at a gas’s station and gave us their License Plate number. Are we supposed to walk around the airport and check every car’s license??
