Another great time with Captain Tim - This was our 2nd time out with Captain Tim and once again he did not disappoint! This time we did some kayaking in the mangroves and did some near shore fishing then off to cool off swimming at the sandbar. Everyone agreed it was an amazing day on the water! We will be back!

Something for everyone - For the group that likes a lot of different things this is a great experience with a little bit of everything for everybody. We were able to fish (successfully catching several grunts), Snorkel on the reef, Kayak, Paddleboard, and explore a sandbar while enjoying the beautiful Key West views. Captain Tim was great. He was on time accommodating eager to show us a good time and knew where to go to make it happen. I would definitely recommend this if you have a mixed group that are looking to do different things.

Sandbar relaxation - Captain Tim took our group of 4 to a sandbar for 3 hours. The wind unexpectedly picked up before we departed, so we were a bit limited on what we could do. He still made sure we had a great time and was prepared with kayaks that had anchors, a cooler filled with ice, and even a football to toss around. As an added bonus we got to watch an air show all day with pilots training over a nearby military facility. At the end of our trip, a member of our group forgot an item. Captain Tim brought it to our hotel the next day. For the value, this charter would be hard to beat. We looked into some others that were a lot more expensive. Would definitely recommend overall

What more could you ask for? - Every aspect of our experience with Native Sun and Captain Tim was exceptional. There were so many different operators to choose from, but I was drawn to others' reviews that mentioned Captain Tim's patience, flexibility, and knowledge of the area. He delivered in every way possible! Captain Tim customized a morning expedition including snorkeling, hanging out at the sandbar, and paddling around nearby mangroves in his supplied kayaks. He knew exactly where to go so we would have the best experience, see the most fish, and make the most of our four hours together. Here are some notes that might help you plan: - Captain Tim has just about everything covered: sealed coolers so you can take your beverages and snacks with you on kayaks, snorkeling equipment, and even a football to throw around at the sandbar! - The boat has a nice spot in the front to sit out in the sun as well as a shaded area in the back if you need a break. - Captain Tim pays very close attention to the safety of you and your family. We had two 8 year-olds along with our teenagers with us, and I felt like he was constantly watching to make sure everyone was safe while having a good time. - Captain Tim even helped me figure out the best day for our trip as the weather can heavily influence where you go and what you can do. - Go with the four hour tour. We got to the end of three hours and were so glad we had another hour left. It still went by so fast! For us, this expedition was the highlight of our trip. Not worth the time or the money - Pretty boring excursion. Sand bar is blah. Nothing to see if you snorkel. Fishing was forgettable. We decided to head back to shore after 2 hours. Do not recommend.

Not worth the $ - Not very much excitement, we went back in fairly early, if you are looking to have someone drive you out to one spot and stay there for a few hours with a Kayak, this would be great for you.
