The flavors of Etna at Scicilia - My wife and I had the pleasure of experiencing a pleasant taste experience at Melanina in Giardini Naxos, and this is largely due to our amazing presenter, Agata. She guided us through an exquisite journey with wine, liqueur, olive oil, pesto and desserts, all products of the highest quality from the lava and mineral rich agricultural areas on and around the Etna. Agata presented the products with a professional attitude and deep knowledge that really lifted our experience. Her passion for the products and the local area shone through and we learned a lot while enjoying the amazing flavors. Without a doubt we give Agata five out of five possible stars for her outstanding effort. Warmly recommended!

Nice introduction to the local products - I have here with my girlfriend a wine tasting and olive oil tasting + a class in which we made fresh pasta and cannolo. Both experiences were great, for us the first time we have done such a thing. Super sweet people who can tell you all about their products, but also know a lot about Sicily itself. We were allowed to taste and try everything. They could help you with exactly which products you like and which you don't. All in all definitely worth a try if you are in the area.
