- Forza d’Agro - We will head towards Forza d’Agr`o, an ancient village located on a hill with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Ionian coast. Here we will visit the Church of the Annunziata, from where Vito Corleone flees to the United States. Our tour is themed around the renowned movie, The Godfather, commencing in the ancient hilltop town of Forza d’Agrò. From this spot, you can witness stunning views of the Ionian coast. The tour includes a visit to the Church of the Annunziata, the starting point of Vito’s journey to the United States. You will get a chance to click pictures and experience the magic of the famous movie scene. Furthermore, we will stop by Bar Vitelli, where Michael met Apollonia’s father for the first time and the site of the wedding festivities. A stop here would not be complete without a delightful granita or local wine at Bar Vitelli.
