- Mount Etna - Our excursion permite you to visit Mount Etna. Once we reach the refuge, at an altitude of 1810 m, with the help of our 4x4 off-road vehicles, we will accompany you along the ascent of the north side of the volcano between ancient craters and recent lava flows. Once we arrive at the Volcanological Observatory, at an altitude of 2800 m, with our guides, we will reach the locality of Pizzi Deneri to admire a truly extraordinary panorama: the summit craters of Etna, the Ionian Sea and the Valle del Bove. The excursion will end with a visit to the craters of the 2002 eruption.
- Le Gole dell’Alcantara - The Alcantara Gorges are lava canyon crossed by icy waters.
Here there will be the opportunity to taste, inside the botanical and geological park, the typical local products and use an elevator to reach the canyon with the possibility of plunging into the icy waters.

Mt Etna 3000 booked through CitybySee Taormina Office - Whilst on hoilday in Taormina I booked a trip with CityBySee to visit Mt Etna
A lovely lady Ms Florina arranged the trip for me and was very helpful. Despite being careful ,I realised I had lost my ticket for the trip the following day.
I ran back to the office in a desperate attempt to see if I could rescue the trip I was looking forward to. To my absolute delight Florina welcomed me back into her office ,and comforted me. This lovely lady wrote a letter ,explaining what had happened and also spoke to the coach driver making sure I would be allowed to board the bus. The trip was amazing , the people were too. Florina made the day even more perfect by being there in my time of need. Thank you for being so lovely

Etna/ Alcantara kloof - It was very nice to go bij bus to the Etna, our guide was nice and told us everything about the mountain and every thing wat was going on.
We saw very beautiful kraters en snow
Really nice to go there.
Next stop was the alcantara kloof this is also very nice to go you must take watershoes to walk in the water.
It was very exciting
The lady who sells the ticket told us that it was a trip to remember and she was right, it was marvelous.

Breath-taking experience. - The stunning views of the contrast of black lava and white snow was breathtaking. We were very lucky with the weather. The guide for Etna was very friendly, knowledgeable and considerate of the individuals’ well-being.

Etna an experience not to be missed - The Tour up the volcano was fantastic we went up to 2880 metres. The volcanologist was really informative and Etna was puffing smoke which made it more exciting.
I think the Gorge tour was nice but should have been included in the price. It did make it a long day.
