Embark on a full-day private excursion from Lisbon to the charming fishing community of Nazaré, renowned not only for its exceptional seafood, but also as a site for large-wave surfing. Just an hour’s journey from Lisbon, Nazaré holds the world record for the tallest wave ever surfed, drawing in daredevils from across the globe in search of the impending colossal wave crest. You’ll have the opportunity to experience the thrill of witnessing these brave surfers and immerse yourself in the quaint ambiance of the village.

As part of the tour, you’ll have the choice to venture either to the village marina for a boat trip to the canyon, or to observe dolphins, depending on your preference. Early booking is recommended as certain activities tend to fully book quickly.

While we cannot assure that the conditions will allow for waves and surfing activity during your visit, we provide the flexibility to tailor the itinerary within the allocated time to visit other nearby locations.

• Please note that all our prices are per trip and not per person, meaning that the price you see is what you pay for the whole group.
• Depending on the size of the group and car availability the tours are made on a mid size sedan/estate (Mercedes E Class or equivalent) or on a van.
• A maximum of 7 people per booking
• Please note: There is no way to guarantee that there will be waves. Altough the season goes from October to March, more accurate predictions can only be made a few days before the travel. Nevertheless if we spend less time observing the waves we will customize the tour to include other attractions nearby.
