The entire region of Galilee is notable as the area where Jesus lived. The Sea of Galilee is one of the earliest settlement areas in the Land of Israel, featuring archaeological ruins alongside some of Israel’s first pioneer settlements. Kinneret also hosts religious sites, modern cities, and numerous outdoor activities.

Mount Of Beatitudes - The Mount of Beatitudes is a hill on the Korazim Plateau in northern Israel. It is traditionally believed to be the location where Jesus delivered his Sermon on the Mount. Overlooking the northwest shore of the Sea of Galilee, the mount offers captivating views of the northern part of the lake and the cliffs of the Golan Heights. We will spend 45 minutes traveling to this site.

Kfar Nahum National Park - Capernaum, located in the Galilee of northern Israel, is a biblical town. It is close to other significant Christian sites in Israel, including Bethsaida, the Mount of Beatitudes, and Tabgha, as well as the Jordan River and Tiberias on the northwestern shore of the Sea of Galilee. Today, the city of Kfar Nahum (Talhum in Arabic) stands where Capernaum once was. The site draws thousands of pilgrims and tourists from around the world each year. We will spend 15 minutes traveling to this site.
