Unforgettable experience - Although the Reservation is not very large, it is possible to see a large number of animals. The highlight is undoubtedly the experience with lions. We can observe them from a small distance and can almost touch them (do not!). The guides and treaters are very friendly and provide us with all the information.

Close up lion encounter - We visited the lion ranch after going to bandia reserve .The time it takes depends on how many people are in front of you because there is only limited seats in the caged vehicles and only so many vehicles go in at one time so can be quite a wait if it is busy .There is a waiting area with refreshments on sale so you can buy food and drink if required. We boarded our vehicle and proceeded through the gates to meet the lions. The men put meat out of slots in the mesh and the lions, male and female climb on to the cars and eat .The men will take your phones and take photos through the slots and they are very good .A little tip is always a good thankyou . The lions can lay above you which is what happened to us and some meat fell through the grill but it is only a little but adds to the fun I think when a lion is eating 12 inches above your head. I would recommend this trip as not something you will get to do every day.

GORGEOUS - We had planned to go to the Bandia reserve, and when we were told about the wild beast reserve, there was no hesitation. We are safe, the truck is mesh, 2 small traps to give them meat. And hop on the hood and they eat in front of us, very close No regrets, the visit was 35e per person.

Super tour guide! This guy is awesome and makes sure you have a great time! - We had an amazing time! The tour guide was with us every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of. He went out of his way to accommodate us with all of our needs. And we are very needy (Americans) lol! I can’t say enough about the experiences we had and how much fun he made sure we had. From Goree Island, to the safari, to the walk with lions, we had a freaking blast! Thank you Abdoulaye for everything! Can’t wait to come back to Senegal and see more of this beautiful country!

Nice park - Nice park with colored earth, different animals and baobab trees. We were there with a private tour, in a normal passenger car, with a guide from the park. Giraffes, zebras, impalas, birds, monkeys, buffalos, crocodiles, hyenas, turtles and even a rhinoceros.

Not worth it.... - The park is a complete disappointment. The visit to the Bandia Ranch is even more disappointing. The reserve is extremely small and not suitable for the species. You can see the fence from every part. The lions are literally waiting for meat to be put on their car hoods. One lion after the other then jumps on the cars that drive in.
