Excellent transfer service despite cancelled flight - I booked an airport transfer through Real Lanka holidays and cannot recommend them enough. My flight from the UK was cancelled, meaning I arrived more than 24 hours later than planned. The team changed my pick up date for me, and even let me travel to a new destination AND with some friends I’d met who were also stuck due to the cancellation. The communication and service was superb, and they provided great value too. Couldn’t recommend them enough for a reliable, local transfer service. Thank you!
