You will be greeted at our state of the art clubhouse that hosts a restaurant, bar and gift shop. You will meet your guides and get fully equipped with a harness, helmet and gloves, followed by a brief introductive course on our training zip line. A short de briefing on all aspects of the challenges to be expected, hand signals and gestures used by the tour guides. Climb a 60 feet (18 meters) tower then zoom off along 2450 of zip line, high above the ground. Marvel at views of the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding mountains as you fly above the forest canopy. When you reach the end of the line, rappel slowly to the ground, where a waiting safari jeep will take you back to the clubhouse. Take a moment to catch your breath prior to moving on to your next adventure.

Great adventure for the whole family - We only did the zip line adventure though the drop down menu did not offer that for us to click for the review.
Our family of five (3 children 12, 10, and 8) had an amazing time on the zip line tour! Siobhan (Sorry if not spelled correctly) and Max were the best. They made sure we all were safe and comfortable and had fun. We would recommend the zip line to anyone looking for adventure in the area.

Have No Fear! - I was so afraid to Zipline, but Kadija and Kemar were the perfect instructors! They were very patient and assuring and I was able to jump the 7 lines with ease!! If this is your first time, please be sure to go with this dynamic duo!! OneLove, Patti from DC

Excellent - Zip lines were amazing and the Zip line guides were very personable. A jasmine, extra, and one other person.
Tour guide for safari was very knowledgeable and answered any of our questions.

THE WORLDS BEST EXPERIENCE !! - This is my first time in Jamaica am being at jam west was theeee best I was greeted by a good hunny fella XTRA he was so amazing and took his time to show me the zip line am he did awesome tricks an made sure we was safe an had a good time. He also had amazing crew members jimmy ,odesha ,renardo they Sooo much fun . Me and my friends set told ppl on put eaaoet to check this place it was amazing. I took pics with everything. I definitely will give this place a five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jamaica is my second home .

Zip line Pro - I had the most amazing time here. The zip line and crew really took my breath away. Extra Almightieeeeeeee gets 5 stars for enhancing the overall experience on the zip line. His smile and customer service was top of the line...literally! Thank you so much for an unfortunately experience. I’ll be back very soon!

Be sure to ask questions…. - The experience of atv and zip line was nice. The push kart is a joke. The team members that came along with the zip line made the experience fun. With the atv, the course was long and they even had a pit stop where drinks and be purchased and you can write your name on the hut, which I thought was really cute. I dislike that the excursion was 2 hours away from my hotel, which we were not told until we were on the bus. My family was so exhausted from the 2 hour ride and excursion we had to cancel the next day’s excursion because we were beat!!!!! Walking up the stairs and the heat to do the different lines was not an easy task. So be warned. Also, be careful with booking excursions that you are not sure you going to do because to cancel they charged me 50%, stating I was not within the 48 hour time period to get a full refund. I felt that was wrong because we booked less than 48 hours, they had no problem selling me the ticket and didn’t warn me of any penalties upfront but they would rather sell me the ticket and penalize. We stayed in the Iberostar Suites in Montego Bay.. my advise who be to ask questions! How far? What’s the penalty to cancel? Lesson learned.

Not all activities are worth it. - The people were really nice. It's a bit of a mess and confusing as you try to figure out when you can do your tour. That was annoying. It felt rushed.
The Safari was a complete waste of time and money. It was absolutely not worth seeing.
The Zipline was probably the best thing there. There are 7 lines. Jace and Greg were very professional. I felt safe while jumping. I did hurt my knee. Greg promised to help me take care of it and he didn't leave my side until the medic on site took care of me. I am so appreciative if that.
Orlando in the mineral springs was very nice as well. My sisters enjoyed ATV and my mom enjoyed horseback riding. I didn't experience them.
