Great customer service and effort. - The luminous lagoon was pretty cool. FYI, the water is both warm and freezing. If you are booking in hopes for the lagoon and fire show, just know you'll miss almost all of that. Nexus was really accommodating when we needed a pickup and actually picked us up from our resort which was awesome. It's a long drive from Negril, so buckle-up!

Family celebration trip - Ann Marie was excellent, and very patient with our group of 12. We had many questions and she answered each and helped us technically when we had issues downloading the app. We will recommend her again to others. This was a celebration family trip and she helped us enormously to plan our excursions. Thank you so much

Nexus Tours- a great touring and transportation service - Ann Marie was very wonderful. She is very pleasant and such a joy to work with. She showed me all the excursions available, and even last minute options because I’m bad at planning. She had us covered anyway. I will definitely be working with her again if I’m visit Riu Negril! Thank you Ann Marie!

Great experience! Recommended - We had a really good time at the luminous lagoon. Highly recommended. Pretty crazy to experience in person. The drive was around 2 hrs from the Royalton Negril to the lagoon. Latricia is an amazing rep! She’s super friendly and always smiling. She made our stay even more enjoyable!

Excellent experience to do. - We loved it .Our tour driver was excellent he made sure everyone was comfortable and safe. Our boat tourists was excellent as well they made sure safety came 1st , but they also let the ones who didnt experience getting in the water have experience. They brought a bucket of water to each person and let them get experience of glistening water it was neat experience. I never went on one this was my first time and in August when we come back i will bring the grandchildren so they can experience it.

Not what I expected - So we were picked up from a hotel that we were not staying at and began the LONG drive to the place. So much traffic, and tailgating / speeding is the norm here. By the time we finally got there, we were rushed onto a boat and taken out to the lagoon center. The boat team was good; they engaged in conversation and gave some good information. When the boat returned to the dock, we climbed out and had no clue what to do next. We made our way back to the car without dinner or the show. The space was too loud, and we didn't know how long we were going to be able to stay. On the up side, our driver helped us find food and a ride to our hotel. Overall, I was not really impressed.

Good to experience but... - The bus ride from our hotel was very long, we went on a sunday so the traffic wasnt too bad but the ride was still long. The instructions were difficult to hear when it was time to get onto the boats. The swim in the lagoon was quite a sight to see. It was interesting to feel the difference in temperatures within the water as well. Even though there was rain we could see the water light up quite well, especially in the areas that were the warmest. Definitely glad we did the swim. We missed the fire show once we got back, it's seems like the show is more entertainment for the resturant/diners and not part of the boat tour? We didn't grab any food, the wait was quite long and it cost extra. Overall, it was a quite expensive trip for the length of time we were in the water.

Too good to be true!!! Buyer beware!!! - First, I did not realize that there are NO number addresses in Jamaica (just street names and the name of the place you want to visit). I also did not know Whitehall is not a part of the normal tourist haunt. Whitehall is rather (according to my driver) a place that the “thugs” reside. I was able to find the pick up/meeting location and no tourist should EVER go there. Luckily, I went (my driver did not want to venture into the neighborhood) when it was still daylight and was able to retrieve a business card from the resort named as the pick up location. Surprisingly, the resort existed and didn’t look bad from the outside. However, I don’t think it is a place I would like to stay at because of the location. Finally, because I was staying in Negril my driver let me know the price point to see the luminous lagoon was too low because the luminous lagoon is past Montego bay. I learned you must be cautious when booking excursions on trip advisor specifically for Jamaica. If you haven’t communicated (by email and phone) with anyone specific before the excursion “buyer beware”.
