Experience snorkeling among the Coral Reef, visiting Rick’s Café, and more aboard our new vessel, SUNSHINE. Travel from the renowned 7 mile beach of Negril, Jamaica, to the well-known Rick’s Café located on the Westend Negril cliffs. Over a 3.5 hour journey, snorkel amidst the coral reef to see tropical fish or just bask in the sun on the boat’s deck. Unlimited beverages and reggae music are available for your enjoyment as you appreciate the coastal sights and the stunning Caribbean sunset. Naturally, every aspect is sublime.

Really fun experience - The views were amazing and the staff keep the fun going. The dj kept the vibes going all the way to Rick’s to watch the diving . 100% recommendation

Must do‼️ - The cruise crew was amazing! The crowd engagement, dancing good music, unlimited rum and was a dope vibe!

It was alright - Not my cup of tea. I can say I've done one. It was a bit uncomfortable for me, but Im also on the bigger side of humanity so its understandable. I can say I've done one and it was an experience.

Thrilling ride to Rick’s on the cataraman. - The cruise director was fun and energetic and provided a lot of interesting facts about Jamaica and the wonderful people. The snorkeling was a little disappointing, not to the fault of anyone but conditions were not favorable to be out at the reef so we went to an alternate spot where there was not a lot of marine life. The small boat to Rick’s was quite an experience as it seemed more like a thrill ride bobbing around in the large waves and crashing into the rock walls as we were getting off and on the boat. The onboard photographer was friendly as was most of the staff however the bartender seemed like she didn’t want to be there, acting almost annoyed when I asked for drinks. As a bartender you are almost as responsible for the party as the director. Put on a smile and make us feel welcome! Also, we are not big dancers, and I get that it’s a party boat, but if we’re just enjoying watching other people have their fun, let us enjoy that. Not everyone likes to participate the same way.

Nearly drowned. Our safety wasn’t their concern! - We did not experience the full excursion, only the catamaran ride. The waves were so intense and tall, they knocked down two of my friends who were SIX FEET TALL (twice). Two of the elderly parties didn’t get on the catamaran because the water waves were too strong/high. Additionally, I was told to jump onto the dock, and then another person told me not to jump, and then I fell back and hit my head.
This company LIED and said we did declined to going to Rick’s Café. After an hour of torture exiting the catamaran, we got onto the awaiting bus and were taken back to the hotel. Our purpose, for this excursion was to experience, Rick’s café, watch the sunset, and to jump off of the cliff. We were not given the option to do so.
I contacted customer service and have been given the runaround 👎🏽

Still traumatized and injured. - This was the most traumatizing excursion ever. I would never recommend to anyone. For starters, I had a pick up from Secrets St. James, Montego Bay, but the driver said I was supposed to be picked up from Breathless. My family stayed there, not me, so my confirmation said Secrets. He eventually picked me up. Then we had to put all of our belongings in a plastic bag to swim to the ship. In the process, I cut and injured my leg by being pushed up the stairs trying to get in the ship. The description never advised any of this, and I paid $260 for 2 people. Once on the ship and ready to sail, the weather got worse so we could not go to Rick's Cafe because they couldn't pull up there. They returned us to the driver after like 1 hour and was offered to go to Rick's Cafe, but he also advised that his manager said he needed to take us back to Montego Bay. At this point, we all were very traumatized, drained, wet, and truly upset. When we got back to the drivers, we had to jump out of the boat to get onto the dock. This was the worse experience ever. To make matters worse, the driver was very rude, as well as the operator when I called to request a refund. Please stay away from this business. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!
