Meet in front of Peppers Resort (Nelly Bay-Magnetic Island) on the outside deck area, a short 1 minute walk to the left of the Nelly Bay ferry terminal. You will see our Aquascene sign located on the boardwalk area and our friendly Aquascene crew will meet you there and escort you to our boat.

A prefect evening - What made this an excellent trip was that our tour guide, Adam, told the story of the wreck and as a life long Maggie resident, told stories of his adventures on the wreck. Adam waited for the prefect sunset too, he wasn’t in a hurry to end the tour and we all had a terrific experience.

Well worth the time, effort & organising. Didn’t disappoint. Highly recommended. - Amazing experience. Highly recommended!! Adam was a great guide with a wealth of knowledge & local history. His passion made us fall in love with the SS City of Adelaide. It was 100% worth organising our trip around this experience.

Fantastic, magical sunset & shipwreck cruise - This was a highlight of our stay at Magnetic Island this year! We have been coming to Maggie since 2012 so we were looking for something different to do. Adam was a great host and told us many things that we never knew about the island. Add to this a perfect sunset, the amazing bird life and spending time around the shipwreck - it’s a fantastic experience. Thanks Adam for a very special evening!

Highly professional and knowledgeable tour leader - Having done the snorkelling / circumnavigation tour and loving it the next day we booked the Sunset Tour to SS Adelaide shipwreck and bird observation- great Tour, the history of the wreck’s past was a highlight.

Sunset with a Story - Adam was so genuine and passionate about Magnetic Island and its natural wonders, history, and the stories of its shipwrecks. Watching the sun set over the SS City of Adelaide shipwreck whilst hearing Adam's story about her, was a special way to spend an evening. Well worth it.

Fabulous sunset tour - Time spent at the SS City of Adelaide wreck. The knowledge of the history of the wreck was comprehensive and Adam was truely passionate about the shipwreck.
As this tour only runs on limited days due to the tide it is advisable to look ahead and plan accordingly. If you wait until you arrive at the Island you very well may miss out.
Almost happened to me. Hopped straight off the ferry and onto the cruise. I was not disappointed.
