Went the extra mile, highly recommend. - We booked a drop off to do Spooners Tunnel, then ride back to town. We had our own bikes. All was good until we struck a strange technical issue with a tyre. Mike was amazing. He took us back to Richmond, got it fixed, then dropped us back close to our original goal. I got to ride through the tunnel twice in the end. Thank you Kiwi Joutneys for making what could have been a disastrous day into a memorable one.

A delightful experience - A wonderful way to experience beautiful and varied scenery from lush tropical-like forest to a.variety of agricultural enteprises, urban and ocean settings. The Rutherford Memorial is totally worth a stop and is just 30 meters off the trail though it looks like more on the map. The Grape Escape is a delightful, delicious flowered stop for lunch and a chance to reprovision at the nearby market. The bike shop staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Spooners Tunnel - Great service. Very easy to deal with, staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Ist time for me on an ebike and the instructions were very clear. I was the only one doing the ride and transport to the drop off was great. Driver easy to chat with and he gave lots of information on the area as we were driving out. Very happy with the bike, no problems at all. Trail back to Nelson was great and would certainly like to ride there again. Thanks to all the staff for making this a great day out for me.

An easy and enjoyable way to experience the Nelson region - We live locally but had received a voucher so decided this was a good opportunity to try out e-bikes. We were able to book with just a few days notice which was perfect for us. The ride out to Spooner's Tunnel with Mike was great fun and we appreciated his suggestions for stops. It was a long day but we had a great time. The bike we rented was very easy to use so a completely problem-free day.
