I was very well looked after - a great adventure - I was looked after from start to finish! I was supposed to be on the three passes trek, but due to the freak October snowstorm we (me and guide) decided to ‘just’ do base camp instead - this proved to be a great idea as the passes were frankly impassable in the heavy snow. I cannot thank my legendary guide - BK - enough. I felt very safe in some incredibly challenging conditions (an unexpected thigh-deep snow trek at over 5000m) and he always explained his reasoning, told me all of the mountain names (I remember some of them!) chose great accommodation, and overall made this experience what it was. I was disappointed not to make the 3 passes but you can’t change the weather - thank you BK and eco holidays Nepal for giving me such a great adventure despite this.

Incredible!!! - Wow…. Just wow. A small group of 3 of us from the USA did the 10 day Everest base camp trek with helicopter return, and it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. From the moment we landed in Kathmandu to the moment we left, our host Dhruba and our guide Bikram took amazing care of us. We got extremely lucky in that we made it to Lukla at the beginning and back to Kathmandu at the end without any weather issues, and everything in between was breathtaking. Two things to alert potential travelers about: the accommodations along the trek are very basic, but Dhruba told us that there was an option to upgrade for a little more money. Something to keep in mind if you want a more luxury experience. And also, if you have to buy any gear for the trek, wait until you get to Kathmandu! There are gear stores all over Thamel, and the prices are 1/4th what you’d pay at REI. They literally have everything you’d need. HUGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Amazing Luxury Trek - Dhruba was amazing from start to finish. Everything was planned out so well and he was extremely personable. We had no issues at all, the guides were professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip and experience.

We hiked to Everest base camp - The organisation of our trip was outstanding due to the constant attention we were given to meet our needs. Everyone from the tour operator taxi driver guide and Sherpa worked as a team and where very knowledgeable
