Awesome experience, must try - Our day was great, we enjoyed a lot, our guide Ceren is a great person, professional, good knowledge about history, polite.
And we dont remember our driver's name, but he was great too, polite.

Mostly went to plan - Overall a great experience, except for some strange reason at the end instead of going to the monastery we ended up at an awkward leather coat fashion show/sales pitch for the most expensive leather goods I've ever seen.

Green Valley - Half of the day was great, even thought the underground city initially offered for the day was changed for another one, but still good. The afternoon part, the Seleme Monastery was cut, which was one of our most wanted place to be visited, and instead, we were taken to a leather and a candy store, which for us and the rest of all passengers in the van, was a wasted time and money. We don’t know why tourist agency/operator altered the original plan offered by Viator.
Excellent tour guide and very punctual to pick up, this was a plus.!

Disappointed - Our tour guide was very nice. She was knowledgeable and provided very interesting and concise information about the historical background and significance of the places we visited. We also had enough time to enjoy the places we visited. The disappointing part of this experience was that it was different from what we signed up for. For example, Selime Monastery was not included. No explanation was given as to why. And the worst part was a half hour 'demonstration' at a leather store that no one in our group was interested in or signed up for. These changes made an otherwise very enjoyable trip an average experience. Viator should respect their customers' time and money and not force them to do things they didn't pay for. Like others in our group, I am very disappointed that our money was used to promote a company that profits from killing animals.

Lack of honesty! - Highlights
-Tour guide, Gigi was knowledgeable about the different places visited.
-The walk by the valley and the underground city.
Cons
-The places listed on the tour were not exactly the ones that we visited.
- Selime Monastery wasn’t included, even though it was listed.
- Derinkuyo was changed by Kaymakli which was good but not comparable.
-There were 2 shopping stops: leather and Jewelry. What a waste of time!!!
- Extra Long and slow line to buy the entrance ticket for the underground city.

Not Leader! - My daughter booked with them for us, they pocketed the money even though the performance was not made and would not refund. I do not recommend!

Horrible... one word: flee - Be careful! The tour operator is not at all professional does not answer messages and when he answers it is yes or no without giving you details and in addition he is not polite and pockets money from a cancelled service the day before. Viator is worse they only want money, money and money... Stop the tourist traps!!!
Too bad it takes a star to write a message but they deserve 0
