- 60 min and baskets space for Max 14-18 people. All passengers are insured by secure insurance companies. During your flight, you enjoy Cappadocia’s unique valleys, fairy chimneys, landscapes, vineyards, and other wonderful nature. You can ask your pilot to record your photos and videos during the flight and able to buy copies of these shots after landing. After celebrating your safe landing with Champagne, you will be given your flight certificate that memory this day in your lifetime. After your flight finishes, you will be transferred to your hotel to have breakfast. Daily tours usually start at 09:30 and 10:00 from your hotel, you can easily join tours.

Great trip. - Great experience and an unforgettable ride. Very punctual and attentive with tourists. The ride took in different valleys and it was possible to see the balloons perfectly.

Breathtaking view in hot air balloon Cappadocia - The booking process was hassle free. The hot air ballon pilots and stafs were friendly and skillful. The experience was great and fantastic! Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this company - Great coordination with the company and flexibility for rescheduling due to weather conditions. Excellent pilot and pleasant flight. The landing was safe and risk free.

Near death experience. - The pilot chose a rocky sloping hill to land and lost control of the balloon therefore we crash landed. Our basket was dragged along its side in free fall and we hit the rocks 7 or 8 times before finally coming to a stop in a wedge of rocks at the bottom of the valley. This experience was terrible from the moment we were picked up in a broken van with a crack down the windshield and a broken handbrake which kept losing grip when parked on a steep hill. The van driver was speeding the whole journey driving one handed with a phone to his ear until the brakes skidded on a hairpin bend and the Turkish speaking guests had to shout at him to slow down. No staff spoke a word to us to explain the experience or give any kind of introduction until we got inside the balloon almost 3 hours after being picked up and the captain finally introduced himself. There was no champagne party or flight certificate due to the crash landing. I complained and the Viator customer agent said the balloon tours “don’t give refunds” but he seemed genuinely sorry for our experience, took full responsibility and offered a partial refund and complimentary experience. However, I cannot recommend this company for this flight experience. This company is contracted by Skyway, a well rated company, so I expected there to be a minimum safety and quality check however they completely failed. It ruined the balloon experience which we had been looking forward to all week and I heard from other tourists over the week that the other companies are much better.

Stay away!!!! - One of the most terrifying experiences of our family’s life. We had a very hard landing that sent us careening off a cliff. While no serious injuries were sustained every passenger was either screaming or crying by the end of the ride. My Dad is now having bad back pain that will alter the rest of our trip in Turkey. After the crash we were rushed to the van and not even given an apology or anything. They seemed more concerned about the missing tablet than their passengers. Then, on our ride back the driver was driving incredibly fast and erratically. He was told to slow down in several different languages including Turkish, but didn’t comply. We were expecting some sort of phone call from the company or something, but received nothing. If you enjoy putting your life at risk, go for it, but otherwise I would stay far away!!!
