Dumfries Maples is a 25-year-old maple syrup farm situated 50km west of Fredericton in Central New Brunswick, along the Wolastoq (St. John River). The farm operates on a family estate that dates back to the late 1880s.

A visit to Dumfries Maples includes a guided tour of the farm, where you’ll learn about the maple syrup production process from tree to bottle. The tour also delves into the unique history of maple syrup from its origins to the present day, as well as the local history of the area. After the tour, enjoy warm homemade biscuits with our maple butter and a beverage inside our owner-built cedar log cabin, followed by a delightful treat of maple taffy on snow.
