Duration: 5 hours
Cancellation: 1 day learn more
Highlights
  • Pyramids of Giza - At 9:00 am, our expert tour guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby, holding a sign with your name. You’ll be transferred in a private air-conditioned vehicle to begin your half-day tour of the Giza Pyramids, dedicated to Kings Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinous. You can opt for a camel ride around the pyramids or enter any of the pyramids for an additional fee. Next, visit the Mummification Temple, where King Chefren’s body was mummified. Nearby, you’ll find the Sphinx, the largest statue in Egypt and Africa. Then, head to the quad bike location for a 1-hour adventure through the Sahara Desert, complete with helmet and goggles. Our team will instruct you on how to use the quad bike. After the activity, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel.
  • Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - Khufu’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, now buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman. Diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been discovered, but the site remains unexcavated.
  • Khafre’s Pyramid - Khafre’s pyramid complex features a valley temple, the Sphinx temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. Several statues of Khafre were found in a well in the temple floor by Mariette in 1860.
  • Menkaure Pyramid - Menkaure’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple once housed several statues of Menkaure. During the 5th Dynasty, a smaller ante-temple was added to the valley temple.
  • Great Sphinx - The Sphinx dates back to the reign of King Khafre. In the New Kingdom, Amenhotep II dedicated a new temple to Hauron-Haremakhet, which was later expanded by subsequent rulers.
  • Gizeh Plateau - The Giza Plateau (Arabic: هضبة الجيزة) is a limestone plateau in Giza, Egypt. It is home to the Fourth Dynasty Giza pyramid complex, including the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, the Great Sphinx, several cemeteries, a workers’ village, and an industrial complex. It is the northernmost part of the 16,000-hectare Pyramid Fields in the Western Desert edge of the Nile Valley, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Memphis and its Necropolis. The plateau is approximately 60 meters above sea level.
  • Panoramic view of the Pyramids - Discover the timeless wonder of the ancient pyramids with our Panoramic View tour. Marvel at these majestic structures from all angles and take in their breathtaking beauty. Our expert guides will share fascinating insights into the history and significance of the pyramids, making this an unforgettable experience. After the tour, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel.

Tonsi Tonsi Best tour guide ever! - The experience was really good, but it was the Tonsi Tonsi (tour guide) that made the experience amazing! Tonsi tonsi went out of his way to make sure we were well looked after, ans free from the hustle of the people from the streets. During the trip, one of the peolle we were travelling with felt sick, and Tonsi ensures that he was catered for, by taking him to the pharmacy. When we offered Tonsi he tip, he kindly rejected and showed so much gratitudine towards our thought . Overall the tour was greatly managed and has been the highlight of our holiday! Thank you

Amazing guide! - Muhammed Hamed was our tour guide and he delivered us the most amazing experience. We were able to see the piramides from the inside, wander around the Egyptian ancient times and he was fully helpfull when we were approached by all the street vendors. The guide was well educated and knew everything about the ancient hostory. At last, we defjnitely recommend his services to anyone else.

Great guide, flexible service - Sayed Mahmoud is a legend. Communication ahead of time was great as our flight got in late and they were able to push the start time back two hours (which I don't recommend because traffic gets bad on the return around 5). Sayed answered our questions and helped take tourist photos if we wanted them.

The Divine Guide Maged. - When I downloaded the 'Get Your Guide' App and booked a tour of the Great Pyramids of Giza, little did I know that Emo Tours had set me up with just more than ordinary. Maged and Yasir drove picked me up from the hotel and the great guided adventure began. 1st the preparation. From the basic essential water, the skipped heavy queues for payment and entry as well as the protection offered away from preying merchants and aggressive vendors. As a first time visitor in the country and in the city, I felt protected and valued. 2nd was the execution. The driver care and etiquette from Yasir behind the wheel and at the door, the historical body of knowledge and 'orchestra conductor' style of presentation of this flawless tour offered by Maged, put me at the heart of ancient Egypt, as if I was there walking through the streets 5000 years ago. This high definition style is nothing I've envisioned before and leaves your body with all hair's raised and adrenalin racing for the next adventure, walking through the footsteps of history with a guide who paints the vivid picture so well. Lastly was the customer satisfaction. From the immersive experience of the mystery of the great Pyramids, to the ongoing discoveries of modern time, to the questions of science, technology and human capability, nothing beats the inclusion of a fun and informative journey that has options. From potential camel rides, carriages and Pyramid/Sphinx coves to quad bikes, museum visits and audio/ visual features at the discretion and cost of me the customer. I truly found myself in awe of a safe, robust and great tour. In fact the best I've ever had in my life and highly recommend this for everyone I know and associated with visiting Egypt. Thank you for a truly professional, great and unforgettable divinely guided tour. Maged is a true son of Egypt. Shukraan Jazilaan شكرا جزيلا.
