- Nevis - Your guide Amanda is an experienced Yoga/Meditation Instructor who specializes in weaving the foundational concepts of Yoga into down-to-earth adventures.
As we travel to/from the hike, we will make a loop around the island, providing an opportunity to view the Nevis countryside and see some nice scenery, wildlife, and local life. Time permitting, Amanda will make a few stops giving you an island “road trip” feeling. Groups are kept very small to allow for a relaxed, personalized experience.
The hike is approx 3-4 hours, a distance of approx 2.5 miles with some elevation and uneven terrain. Sturdy shoes, sure-footedness, and a moderate level of fitness are essential. The total tour time is 5-6 hours.
Amanda will pick you up and drop you off at a pre-arranged point. Alternatively, after the tour Amanda can drop you at Sunshines Beach Bar at Pinneys Beach so you can end your perfect day with food, drinks and a beautiful sunset (you will be required to pay additional drop off fee or hire a taxi if you want a ride home from here). If you are on a cruise ship, please let Amanda know in advance so that she can make special arrangements to ensure that the tour fits your schedule.

Following a moderate trek through the rejuvenating aura of the rainforest, we’ll prolong our meditation enveloped by the serene melody of a petite waterfall. Feel free to pack a swimsuit for a rejuvenating dip in its cool lagoon!
Post trek, we’ll head to Charlestown to unwind in the Volcanic Hot Springs. Amanda will guide you through therapeutic stretches and self-massage methods to alleviate any discomfort from the trek.
