Delhi - Agra - Delhi (Day Trip to Agra)

New Delhi - Head to Agra

You’ll be picked up from any location in Delhi, Noida, or Gurugram by your English-speaking driver and travel to Agra in a climate-controlled private car. The journey takes approximately 3 hours via the Yamuna Expressway, one of India’s best roads.

Feel free to ask your driver for a break for snacks or restrooms along the way.

Taj Mahal - Taj Mahal

Upon reaching the Taj Mahal, your guide will meet you and provide entry tickets, so you won’t need to wait in line. Your guide will take you inside the Taj Mahal and give you a tour. You can spend as much time as you like there. If you want photos taken, your guide will gladly assist. The Taj Mahal was built in the 17th century by Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz.

Agra Fort - Agra Fort

After visiting the Taj Mahal, your guide will take you to Agra Fort. Here too, you won’t need to wait in line for tickets as your guide will provide them. Built in 1565 A.D by Mughal Emperor Akbar, you’ll have a guided tour of about an hour.

Courtyard by Marriott Agra - Lunch

After the guided tours of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, you’ll head to the 5-star Courtyard by Marriott for a delicious buffet lunch.

Itmad-ud-Daula - Baby Taj (Tomb of I’timād-ud-Daulah)

After lunch, your guide will take you to the Baby Taj (Tomb of I’timād-ud-Daulah) for another guided tour.

New Delhi - Return to Delhi

After visiting these sites, your guide will bid you farewell, and you’ll head back to Delhi in your climate-controlled private car. Upon arrival, you’ll be dropped off at any location in Delhi, Noida, or Gurugram.

Red Fort - The Red Fort is a historic fort in Delhi that served as the main residence of the Mughal Emperors. Commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan on May 12, 1638, it was constructed between May 1639 and April 1648. The design is credited to architect Ustad Ahmad Lahori, who also built the Taj Mahal.

Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid) - The Jama Masjid of Delhi, one of India’s largest mosques, was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1650 and 1656 at a cost of one million rupees. It was inaugurated by Imam Syed Abdul Ghafoor Shah Bukhari from present-day Uzbekistan.

Rikshaw Stand - Enjoy a Rikshaw ride (included in the price) through the Spice Market and Chandni Chowk Market, offering a unique experience of Old Delhi.

2584-2585, Nai Sarak - Khari Baoli is a street known for its wholesale grocery and Asia’s largest wholesale spice market. Operating since the 17th century, it is near the historic Red Fort and remains a popular tourist attraction.

Chandni Chowk - Chandni Chowk is one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi. Built in the 17th century by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and designed by his daughter Jahanara, it was once divided by canals to reflect moonlight and remains one of India’s largest wholesale markets.

Ugrasen Ki Baoli - This stepwell, with 108 steps, is one of the few of its kind in Delhi. It has three levels, each lined with arched niches. Designated a protected monument, it is 60 meters long and 15 meters wide.

India Gate - The India Gate is a war memorial located on the eastern edge of Rajpath. It commemorates 70,000 soldiers of the British Indian Army who died between 1914–1921 in various conflicts.

Rashtrapati Bhavan - The Rashtrapati Bhavan is the official residence of the President of India. Located at the western end of Rajpath, it includes the main building with 340 rooms, Mughal Gardens, and other facilities. It is the largest residence of any head of state in the world.

Parliament House - Designed by British architects Sir Edwin Lutyens and Sir Herbert Baker, the Parliament House was constructed between 1921 and 1927. Its circular design may have been inspired by the 11th-century Chausath Yogini Temple.

Lotus Temple - The Lotus Temple, a Baháʼí House of Worship, was dedicated in December 1986. Known for its flowerlike shape, it is a prominent attraction in Delhi and was referred to as the most visited building in the world by a 2001 CNN report.

Qutub Minar - The Qutub Minar is a 73-meter tall minaret and UNESCO World Heritage Site in Delhi. It has a base diameter of 14.3 meters, tapering to 2.7 meters at the top, with a spiral staircase of 379 steps.

  • If you will select 2:30am as pickup time for 1st day than you will visit Taj Mahal during Sunrise.
