New Delhi - On Day 1, you will be picked up from your hotel between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m., with the exact time provided one day in advance. Your train departs from New Delhi Railway Station at 7:20 a.m., and breakfast will be served on board the Executive Chair Car.
Wagah Border - You will arrive in Amritsar around 1:30 PM, where our representative will meet you and transport you to your hotel, arriving about 2:15 PM. After checking in, freshening up, and eating lunch, you’ll be picked up between 4:30 and 5:00 PM for the Wagah Border Tour. At the border, you’ll see the daily flag-raising and lowering ceremony, a stunning display of synchronised parades by Indian and Pakistani border forces that creates a patriotic atmosphere. Following the ceremony, you will return to your accommodation for an overnight stay in Amritsar.

Jallianwala Bagh - 8:30 a.m.: Pick up from your hotel for a city tour.
9:00 A.M.: Visit Jallianwala Bagh, a memorial to the 1919 atrocity.

Amritsar - Around 2:30 PM, you’ll enjoy a local lunch at a well-known restaurant, trying out a refreshing lassi and the famous Amritsari kulcha (at your own cost). If time allows, you can do some local shopping before returning to Amritsar Junction Railway Station for your train back to Delhi at 4:50 PM. Evening snacks will be provided on the train.

On the first day, you will be picked up from your hotel at 6:20 a.m. to board a train from New Delhi to Amritsar, arriving at approximately 1:30 p.m. After checking into your hotel and eating lunch, you will proceed to the Wagah Border for the evening flag ceremony before retiring to your hotel for the night. On the second day, you will visit Jallianwala Bagh, Saragarhi Memorial Gurudwara, and the Golden Temple. After lunch, you’ll go to the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum and, if time permits, do some local shopping. You will then catch the 4:50 p.m. train back to Delhi, arriving at approximately 10:50 p.m. and being dropped off at your hotel.
