Humayun’s Tomb - Humayun’s Tomb is the resting place of Mughal Emperor Humayun in Delhi, India. Commissioned by Humayun’s first wife and chief consort, Empress Bega Begum, in 1558, it was designed by Persian architects Mirak Mirza Ghiyas and his son, Sayyid Muhammad, chosen by her.
Lotus Temple - The Lotus Temple, located in Delhi, India, is a Baháʼí House of Worship dedicated in December 1986. Renowned for its flower-like shape, it has become a prominent city attraction. Travel to Agra in the evening via the Yamuna Expressway highway, a journey of approximately 3 hours. The driver will drop you off for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Agra Sightseeing
Taj Mahal - In the early morning, the driver will pick you up from the hotel for a guided tour of the Taj Mahal at sunrise. The Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world, is a magnificent white marble mausoleum built between 1631 and 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of Mumtaz. Return to the hotel for breakfast.
Agra Fort - Agra Fort is a historical fort in Agra, India. It served as the main residence of the Mughal Dynasty emperors until 1638, when the capital moved from Agra to Delhi.
Fatehpur Sikri - Fatehpur Sikri is a small city in northern India, just west of Agra, founded by a 16th-century Mughal emperor. Its center is filled with red sandstone buildings. The Buland Darwaza gate leads to the Jama Masjid mosque. Nearby is the marble Tomb of Salim Chishti. The Diwan-E-Khas hall features a carved central pillar.
Visit Fatehpur Sikri and then depart for Jaipur. Arrive in Jaipur by 7-8 PM for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03: Jaipur Visit
Amber Fort - Amber Fort, or Amer Fort, is located in Amber, Rajasthan, India. Amber is a town covering 4 square kilometers, situated 11 kilometers from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. The town and fort were built by Raja Alan Singh Chanda, a sub-clan of the Meenas, in 967 AD.
City Palace of Jaipur - The City Palace, Jaipur was established alongside the city of Jaipur by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, who relocated his court from Amber to Jaipur in 1727.
Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind - Hawa Mahal is a palace in Jaipur, India, approximately 300 kilometers from Delhi. Constructed from red and pink sandstone, the palace is located on the edge of the City Palace, Jaipur, and extends to the Zenana, or women’s chambers.
Jal Mahal - Jal Mahal is a palace situated in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, India. Originally built in 1699, the palace and surrounding lake were renovated and expanded in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber.
Jantar Mantar - Jaipur - The Jantar Mantar, Jaipur is a collection of 19 astronomical instruments built by Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II, the founder of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Completed in 1734, it features the world’s largest stone sundial and is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Afterwards, enjoy lunch and then the driver will take you back to Delhi by 8 o’clock.
