Well worth the money! - Booked a tour to Agra and Taj Mahal. It was an awesome, very informative and beautiful place. The female local expert Lalita really made the trip entertaining. She also always ensures our safety and that we're satisfied with the tour. Lunch restaurant selection was really good too. Definitely recommend booking the tour with them.

Fun and relaxed! - Great experience; much better than doing it all yourself. We visited at a perfect time! Shiva was a great driver.

A long but extremely fulfilling day! - I am in India for work and have very limited time for sightseeing. This was an excellent tour that not only included the main attractions in Agra but equally compelling and important work of the wildlife rehabilitation centre. Shiva was very friendly, adaptable, reliable and eager to point out other points of interest along the way . I opted for the 2:30 AM pickup from Delhi which made for a long day (we got back around 6PM) but I brought a pillow and slept in the car. It was very worthwhile to see the Taj Mahal at sunrise when it is cooler and less busy. He worked with a local guide in Agra and together they provided a seamless service to get in with very little waiting. Highly recommend

Tajmahal and wildlife sos online booking - I been to taj today starting delhi 3 am. My car driver and guide Lalita is awesome and visit to elephants SOS also added value to my trip. My Tour Guide was extremely meticulous on the information shared, adding a huge value upon my tour. I had a great time in Agra and for sure will come back very soon

Ms halpin - Well worth the money. The driver was prompt in picking us up. He was a skilled driver. The drive was smooth. When we needed to stop like we need to exchange money he exchanged for us. Him and tour guide took us to lunch at nice clean restaurant, they served good food that was also cheap and as mentioned very clean. The Taj Mahal tour was amazing and we would have never been able to navigate area without the tour guide! The entrance and area is so crowded i would have never figured it out without our guide and he got us in almost immediately without issue thanks to the skip the line passes. He was knowledgeable on history. He also was helpful with the people who insisted on taking pictures with us which seems to be a thing (locals wanting pictures with Americans) the tour guide was able to basically make that stop... the tour guide also did an amazing job of taking pictures of us and knew the best spots. The elephant sanctuary was very informative and educational and a definitive suggestion to individuals especially those who want to be helpful to elephants in need and learn more about the cause. Overall the tour was amazing and well worth the money and in my opinion extremely affordable and very cheap for all you get out of it. Both the driver and guide were enjoyable company as well...funny guys.

Informative and fun - The pickup and visits were well organised and on time. The Wildlife SOS visit was something new for us and informative about the treatment of elephants.

Hardworking Team - Jimmy and Sumit are a hardworking team to provide you with the best care and experience possible. Sumit had excellent suggestions for posing for pics during the tour and Jimmy will drive the distance to ensure your safe journey during the visit. The only thing I would add, is that Jimmy didn't inform me that he is only the driver and Sumit is only the tour guide. That caused confusion during tipping. I initially had a tip for one, but tipped both. Sumit suggested that I use a friend to swipe my credit card and the reception was weak so I decided not use my card. They also copied my passport that I was unaware of at the time and then I told Sumit that I didn't feel safe doing it, then I grabbed my passport copy and we left. Since Sumit and Jimmy are friendly, I explained to them both that Jimmy has Sumit's tip. Good luck gentleman in the future .

Absolutely dreadful - This is tale of 2 halves. Morning was fine great pick up tho why we did the trip this way round I still don't understand. So we went to see the Elephant first.. it took 4 hours and the use of back roads due to the traffic. Driver was fantastic lovely bloke very poor English but good company and very safe.. Problems started in Agra. Meal was very good but wanting an additional tip - there's a lot of this.. The guide if that's what he was utterly appalling, didn't bother to introduce himself constantly walked in front of me at least 10 metres didn't understand how to get my ticket which should have been sent to me not him. No conversation, just hurry hurry hurry.. seemed at times to forget he was even with me and didn't seem to know where he was going. I would have been better to go to the Taj Mahal on my own. He utterly ruined the whole experience - I have never met such a rude and self centred individual whose knowledge of the actual monument was about 3 minutes worth and from Google. He did mention on several occasions about the review I must write and how much he was worth (tip). He suggested that perhaps it was late and maybe I didn't want to do the fort.. fine with me I didn't want to spend anymore time with him than necessary he'd already ruined my experience of a life time anyway.. by the way you will need to pay for the tuk tuk from the road to the Taj not sure why you cannot walk would take less than 10 minutes .. and as for the spitting and throwing his plastic bottle in the street.. why would you have this man as a guide. I tried to skip the obligatory shop but did my penance and bought nothing which made me feel very uncomfortable. The best is yet to come. after asking for tips for the pair of them I was then asked to change taxi.. no seat belts working and a young man who totally ignored me for 3 hours. No A/C so widows open driving at speed through the dreadful pollution, at the end of the journey my eyes were streaming and I'd needed to wear a scarf round my face. Good job I am neither asthmatic or had children with me. What an absolutely dreadful day.. don't know who this chap was but i hope you don't meet him. So in summary Not an English speaking driver nor was the English of the guide very good and very unsafe taxi return.
