Originally known as All India War Memorial, it is a prominent landmark in Delhi and commemorates the 90,000 soldiers of the British Indian Army who lost their lives while fighting for the British Indian Empire, or more correctly the British Raj in World War I and the Third Anglo-Afghan War.
- Humayun’s Tomb - The tomb was commissioned by Humayun’s wife Hamida Banu Begum in 1562 CE and designed by Mirak Mirza Ghiyath, a Persian architect. It was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent and is located in Nizamuddin East, close to the Dina-panah citadel that Humayun founded in 1533.

Very good and interesting tour - Asif was a great tourguide, he took his time and explained everything well and understandable. I was able to choose betweens certain sights, which I liked. The driver was very good as well and I can highly recommend the tour.

Rainy experience - Good Guide Ravi and Driver Sunil. Explained well, initiative and not pushy. Great experience although it rained, but helped us get around as comfortable as possible.

Education and professionalism - Our Asif Guide very polite, very prepared and super helpful in all our requests.
