New Delhi - According to your flight schedule, the driver will pick you up from Delhi airport or hotel and commence your guided tour of India’s capital city, Delhi. You can explore all the significant sites of Delhi such as Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, India Gate, Lotus Temple, and more.

Humayun’s Tomb - Constructed in 1565 A.D., nine years after Humayun’s demise, by his senior widow Bega Begum. Within the walled enclosure, the most remarkable features are the garden squares (chaharbagh) with pathways and water channels, centrally located well-proportioned mausoleum topped by a double dome.

Qutub Minar - The Qutub Minar, made of red and buff sandstone, is the tallest tower in India. It has a diameter of 14.32 m at the base and about 2.75 m at the top, with a height of 72.5 m.

Qutbu’d-Din Aibak laid the foundation of the Minar in AD 1199 for the mu’azzin (crier) to call for prayer and constructed the first storey, to which three more storeys were added by his successor and son-in-law, Shamsu’d-Din Iltutmish (AD 1211-36). All the storeys are encircled by a projected balcony supported by stone brackets.

India Gate - India Gate was established by His Royal Highness, the Duke of Connaught in 1921 and designed by Edwin Lutyens. The monument was dedicated to the nation 10 years later by the then Viceroy, Lord Irwin. Another memorial, Amar Jawan Jyoti, was added much later, after India gained independence. The eternal flame burns day and night under the arch to honor the soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the Indo-Pakistan War of December 1971.

Lotus Temple - This temple is designed in the shape of a lotus flower and is the last of seven major Bahá’í temples built worldwide. Completed in 1986, it is set amidst lush green landscaped gardens. The structure is made of pure white marble. The architect, Furiburz Sabha, chose the lotus as a symbol common to Hinduism.

Agra - Delhi Transfer.

Taj Mahal - In the morning, visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise (the best time to visit the Taj Mahal). Spend around 2 hours at the Taj Mahal. Our guide will assist you in capturing great photographs.

Agra Fort - After the Taj Mahal tour, return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, visit Agra Fort, one of the finest forts in India. Enjoy a tour of about 1 hour, followed by a lunch break.

New Delhi - After lunch in Agra, depart for Delhi, which is approximately a 4-hour drive. In the evening, according to your flight schedule, the driver will transfer you to Delhi airport or hotel.
