• New Delhi - The tour kicks off with a pickup from your selected location in Delhi between 6:30 AM and 7 AM, available from any hotel in Delhi/NCR or Delhi airport.
• Nizamuddin Railway Station - After collecting you from your Delhi hotel, the driver will take you to Nizamuddin Railway Station, assist in locating your train coach, and ensure you are comfortably seated. The train departs from Delhi at 8:00 AM and arrives in Agra at 9:50 AM.
• Taj Mahal - At 9:50 AM, upon arrival at Agra Railway Station, the guide will be waiting outside your train coach with a sign displaying your name. You will then proceed to visit the Taj Mahal, a symbol of love built by Shah Jahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal. The guide will provide a detailed history of the monument. Plan to spend about 3 hours exploring this iconic site.
• Agra Fort - After visiting the Taj Mahal, the next stop is Agra Fort, a magnificent red stone structure built by the Great Mughal Emperor Akbar. This UNESCO World Heritage site, constructed in the 16th century, houses several palaces including Jahangiri Mahal, Diwan e Aam, and the Pearl Mosque, offering stunning views of the Taj Mahal. Plan to spend about one hour exploring this historic monument.
• DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Agra - Following the captivating tours of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast or lunch. • Itmad-ud-Daula - After your lunch break, the Agra sightseeing continues with a visit to Itimad-Ud-Daulah. Known as the “Baby Taj” or “jewel box,” this tomb is often seen as a precursor to the Taj Mahal.
• Mehtab Bagh - After visiting Baby Taj, head to Mehtab Bagh, known as Sunset Point, where you can explore the rear view of the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River. It’s a photographer’s paradise. Please note: Mehtab Bagh is optional and depends on available time.
• Nizamuddin Railway Station - Afterwards, you will be dropped off at Agra Railway Station by 5:00 PM. The guide will assist in locating your train coach and ensuring you are comfortably seated. The train departs from Agra Railway Station at 5:50 PM. Upon arrival back at Delhi Station around 7:30 PM, the driver will be waiting for you outside your train coach.
• New Delhi - Pick up directly from your train coach upon arrival in Delhi, then relax in the air-conditioned vehicle. The driver will drop you off at your hotel or the airport in Delhi/NCR.
