Our first visit to India - It was my first trip to India, to explore opportunities and attend at a fair. I wanted first to take a dive in the Indian culture. I was fully huided from the first moment by a great driver with realky good english and telling and explaining us so many things we wanted to know. Reliable, honest and protecting us from tourist traps. So, absolutely satisfied and i can recommend !!

Great hasslefree tour covering the major attraction - We booked the 3 days tour and started in Delhi. Our driver was Akash, who was really helpful and always on time. We also enjoyed the tours in Delhi, Agra, Fatephur Sikri and Jaipur. The guides were able to tell us about the history and did not get tired of our questions. For the entry to the temples we recommend bring some cash as only in some of them a payment by card is possible. During our trip there were not so many tourists around as usual (Middle East Flight Problems), so we were lucky to avoid really large masses.

Best Tour I've Ever Taken! - What a fantastic experience I had with Creative Tours! All 3 of my guides, and especially my driver, on the Golden Triangle Tour were experts in history, art, culture and photography. They found the best places to visit, kept me safe and comfortable, and helped me experience India's hospitality, beauty and spirit. I'll cherish my memories of this tour forever! Can't wait to visit again soon.

10/10 Cultural Experience - *we booked 4 star hotels* THE TOUR: the restaurants we were taken to were lovely, our favorite was the one in Delhi called Pindi, the tour guide, Jitender recommend his favorite dishes and even helped us out with my gluten allergy. He double checked that the kitchen had cooked everything for me safely. We had plenty of time at all the sites and were able to adjust timing to our needs. In Agra, Shubham made sure we got plenty of photos with the Taj Mahal, he knew all the angles and best locations for photos. and he was really helpful with navigating the crowds, especially at times when people asked for photos with us. In Jaipur our guide @northindiaguide took us to all the sites as well, recommended a great organic farm to table lunch spot (we were able to eat fresh veggies as everything was washed safely) and got us great photos, even asking people to step aside so we could get the perfect shot. We hit all the major sites and were able to do so at a leisurely pace and on our schedule. OUR DRIVER: Akash was a great driver, he was always on time, kept our stuff safe and had a friendly positive attitude that made the longer drives go by quickly. He was always willing to answer questions we had and navigated the traffic with a lot of skill. Our only critique of the tour organization in general was we would have liked to have the guides contact information so we could plan our next day timing with them as they are locals who would know better than us as to what time we should start our day. We enjoyed the workshops we checked out, but based on pricing be ready to bargain :) but overall a great experience!

Excellent option for Golden Triangle tour - We had an excellent experience with Creative India Journey doing a whirlwind Golden Triangle tour of New Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. We had booked the hotels ourselves but CIJ coordinated everything else and it worked brilliantly! Good driver and great guides - would highly recommend.

Very Negative Experience - TL;DR: I wouldn't use this agency again, and I wouldn't recommend them. I took screenshots of every text exchange to document the errors - there were that many. I'd recommend any client do the same. I also expect Harsh/Creative India Journey will respond defensively to this review, or find a way to blame us for the mishaps. Keep that in mind when you read his response. The one bright spot: the drivers and local guides were genuinely great. By the end of the trip we were going directly to them and bypassing Harsh entirely. They work with many agencies, and their quality isn't something Creative India Journey can take credit for. — We booked a two-week trip through Creative India Journey, starting with the Golden Triangle and ending in Kerala. I'm writing this because our experience was so different from what their website suggests that anyone considering them deserves to know what we went through. The core problem wasn't any single mistake - it was that the mistakes and excuses were constant. A week before departure, we still had no confirmed domestic flights, no driver or pickup information, unconfirmed hotels, and an incomplete itinerary. That set the tone for everything that followed. A few specific examples: 1. Harsh missed booking an entire domestic flight. Not a mix-up - just forgotten entirely. 2. A dinner reservation in Delhi was made for 7:30pm on a night our flight didn't land until 11:50pm. Harsh had booked the flights and should have known the times. When he couldn't secure a new reservation, he told us a summit at the hotel had taken all the tables. We stopped by the restaurant anyway and were seated without any trouble. The summit wasn't until the following week. 3. In Kumarakom, after being promised that "everything was arranged," activity confirmations and details often arrived after we sent several reminder texts, often only hours before, leaving us and our driver unable to plan our day. 4. A room in Delhi was promised at the base rate, then quietly switched to a premium tier - $300 more per night, because Harsh hadn't secured the reservation until days before. We were initially asked to cover the difference ourselves. He only agreed to pay it after we pushed back. 5. In Agra, Harsh insisted on an in-person meeting to hand us printed flight itineraries - something a confirmation code by text would have handled. It turned what should have been a 4-hour drive back to Delhi into nearly 6. In every case, we were the ones who caught the errors. There was no proactive communication and no ownership taken. To any traveler wondering if they should book, save your time, money, and sanity and go elsewhere.
