Fantastic . All we wished for and more. First class - Excellent experience . The sites were extraordinary, a lot compacted in a small time. The guides were well informed, articulate, and very accommodating . Ashok was a remarkable polymath , knowledgeable in religion, culture, language, history and current events. Like taking a stroll with a charming and kind and generous encyclopedia!! Mr Singh our driver, very courteous , polite, accommodating , knowledgeable, always on time and an excellent driver. A real jewel! Could not have been a better escort for our trip .

Simply outstanding - Could not be happier. It was our first trip to India and we (83 yo dad and 59 yo son) wanted to be sure things went smoothly. Mr Garg was prompt, courteous and helpful with all pre-trip communications and kept in touch with us throughout the journey. Hotels he chose were excellent and the itinerary was perfectly planned. In particular, we loved the Ranthambhore stay. But the highlights of the trip were thw people. Mr. Kuldeep Singh was a superb driver. Courteous, safe and always helpful. A very gracious host. We always felt safe and well cared for by him. The guides were a little hit and miss. But Maresh was excellent in Agra, and we just fell in love with Ashok in Jaipur. My only suggestion would be to incorporate some unstructured time in each city to stroll about on one's own or just rest. We cannot recommend this tour operator more highly.

Great way to visit the Golden Triangle! - This tour was absolutely great! It hit on many of the major sites in the Golden Triangle, but without all of the hassle of planning! The guides and driver handled all of the logistics and ensured a smooth trip. We generally plan most of our travel, but it was great to have everything planned for you. Communication was via WhatsApp and was timely and complete. Our driver, DK Sharma, was a delight. He was always prompt and very courteous. He drove very safely. He was thoughtful, meeting all of our needs - always ensuring the car was clean and stocked with snacks and water. If you book this trip, I would highly recommend asking for DK! Mahesh was our tour guide in Delhi and Agra. He was very knowledgeable about all of the monuments, cities, and cultures. He also knew all of the best places to take pictures! He's great with a camera. Ashok Sharma was our guide in Jaipur. He was very friendly and open. With a Masters in history, he was able to to expertly answer our questions on religion, society, and history. All of our guides were great and flexible on what we wanted to see or do. They catered to our preferences and were thoughtful to even our walking speed, etc. We did get to see tigers on the safari, which was a pleasant surprise. I can imagine it would be a long day if you don't see them. Our safari driver tried really hard to put us in a good position to see them. We opted for the 5 star hotel option, and we were pleased with that choice. Most of the hotels were in the Hilton or Marriott family, and all had breakfast included, which was nice. As far as the sites we visited, we never had to wait in lines, except at the Taj Mahal for sunrise. We did stop at several local artisan shops  where they demonstrated how their various crafts were made. It was interesting and infromational. I would just be mindful that they do have their wares for sale. They weren't overly pressuring you but selling. We did end up buying some things.

Perfect first week in India - Shakul planned our 6 day trip quickly and added in my specific requests. This was especially good since I only contacted him a week before we arrived. I was notified ahead of time to inform me of who would be picking us up from the airport and also who would be leading our tour. Mahesh and DK did a wonderful job taking of us. Mahesh has a great wealth of knowledge and gave us the right amount of information. He advised us ahead of time with anything we needed to prepare for and offered us choices on how to spend our days. DK drove us without incident, kept us laughing and also well supplied us with drinks and snacks. I highly recommend them.

India’s Golden Triangle - Our India tour was absolutely fantastic. While we didn’t see any tigers in Ranthambore, it wasn’t for a lack of trying. Our tour guide, Mahesh Kumar, was great. He was from Agra and his knowledge of the sites in Delhi and Agra was amazing. He knew the very best places for photos and took some amazing shots. His restaurant selection for lunch in Agra was spot on. Our visit to the Taj Mahal will always be the highlight of our trip. Our guide in Jaipur was Ashok Sharma and he too was extremely knowledgeable about all the sites in Jaipur. He knew exactly where to take the best photos and explained the history behind each site. The Amber Fort and the City Palace are must see places and having a knowledgeable guide made it so much better. I can’t say enough about our driver, DK Sharma. To say that traffic in India is insane is an understatement. The lane lines on the roads are just a suggestion but DK handled every situation with great skill. I would never consider driving myself in India. He also came back to our hotel after the tour was complete to take us to the airport at 4:30 AM. We had one other tour guide, Himmat, at the step well and temple on our way from Ranthambore to Jaipur. He was very personable and explained the magnificent step well and even showed us a video of the festival celebration at the well. Finally, our contact with Pacific Classic Tours, Shakul Garg, was extremely helpful setting up our tour. He stayed in touch and answered questions for almost a year. He even arranged for a larger vehicle to accommodate my size at a very reasonable cost.

Unforgettable Journey Through India - My recent trip through India’s Golden Triangle was an experience of a lifetime. From the start, everything was meticulously planned and executed, making it an incredibly smooth and enjoyable journey. The organization was top-notch, and everything happened just as described, with no surprises—just wonderful moments. A special mention goes to our driver, Kuldeep, who accompanied us throughout the entire trip. He was not only punctual and professional but also kind and considerate, making every transfer between cities comfortable and enjoyable. In each city, we had different local guides, and all of them were highly knowledgeable, bringing the history and culture of each place to life. Their passion for the sites and stories made our visits even more memorable. The accommodation we opted for (5-star hotels) exceeded our expectations, providing luxury and comfort after each day of exploring. Every detail of the trip was taken care of, and Shakul, who managed our itinerary, was always available and responsive whenever we had a question or request. His quick responses and dedication ensured that any minor issue was resolved swiftly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the journey. Our visit to the Taj Mahal was the absolute highlight—breathtaking beyond words. It’s hard to put into words the beauty and the emotion that comes with seeing such a majestic wonder in person. Every stop, from the monuments to the local experiences, was well-curated, and the overall experience far exceeded what we had anticipated. I would highly recommend this tour and the team behind it to anyone wanting to explore the beauty and history of India’s Golden Triangle. It was a perfect balance of sightseeing, comfort, and cultural immersion. We will definitely be recommending this experience.

Every detail done right - highly recommend! - Amazing experience from start to finish! My driver Sanjay picked me up on time every day and was communicative throughout the tour. Every guide that joined us in the different cities was thoroughly knowledgeable and excited to share the history of this incredible country. I opted for the 5 star hotels and each were as advertised - modern, comfortable, and full-service. On my final day, we wrapped up hours before my scheduled flight. My driver suggested we take in a Bollywood movie so that I was not stuck outside waiting to get into the airport (they don't let you in before your ticket counter opens, usually!) It was a blast and a very generous impromptu addition to the end of my time with PCT. I would absolutely recommend this operation without any hesitation.

Fantastic personal tour, including tigers!!!!! - Extraordinary journey around the golden triangle, with a side visit to the spectacular Ranthambhore Tiger Sanctuary. The weather was pretty hot, but the car provided a cool welcome respite with it's AC, and it meant there were no crowds to fight through. Highlight, without a doubt, was the services of Vipin, our driver throughout. He was always early, courteous, and so knowledgeable as we passed through towns and villages. Local guides met us in each place to look after us and provide info in the various sights. Highly recommended, except for the delhi sightseeing which felt a little rushed. But book Vipin to drive you. He's a star.

A wonderful Golden Triangle experience - Strongly recommend anyone wishing to experience the Golden Triangle in India to go on this trip if you have the time. Below is my comprehensive review of the experience we had as a family of 4. Booking and communication: Within a day of making the booking, we received a WhatsApp message from Shakul who promptly answered any queries we had, and also ensured customisations were planned where possible. For example, we requested conjoining rooms and advised that we were celebrating our anniversary. This was shared with the relevant hotels and they ensured our needs were met and our anniversary was recognised. We received an anniversary cake at every hotel we stayed at which was nice. Driver and vehicle Our driver was Hari Babu and I cannot complement him enough. He was always prompt (even when we weren’t), and patiently looked after our needs. During the drives, he would talk to us about some of the villages / cities we passed through and gave us further authentic insights which we found interesting. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our suitcases and hand luggage. Delhi Dilip Singh hosted our site seeing through Delhi. He was very knowledgeable on all the sites and provided us with interesting historical perspectives whilst also giving us enough time for photos. Agra Vijay Chauhan hosted our time in Agra. Most of this trip revolved around the iconic Taj Mahal, and the Mughal dynasty. Vijay’s detailed knowledge of the history was incredible and was confidently able to answer our questions. Vijay proved really helpful in us securing some great shots whilst at the Taj Mahal. It gets very busy and trying to navigate the crowds and the adhoc queuing etiquette would have been impossible without Vijay. He kindly took some of our key shots. With the heat and the tiredness of the children, Vijay kindly flexed the plans to suit. The Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Agra was excellent too. Ranthanbore The 6 hour drive from Agra to Ranthambore was split with 2 appropriately located sites. The first stop was the Keoladeo National Park bird sanctuary which was good fun. The kids really enjoyed the telescope to help see some of the wildlife. Our guide Ramesh was very knowledgeable. Our second stop was Chand Baori Step Well. An amazing construction from the 9th century and our guide Himat was enthusiastic and engaging. The day of travel ended in Ranthambore and the next day we had our 2 safari outings. We opted for the canter vehicle in the core zones, but sadly we didn’t get to see a tiger. They were elusive during both our outings. There were 2 outings, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Our afternoon outing proved challenging as there was a large group of noisy and boisterous men who made the experience frustrating. The guide struggled to exercise control of them. If I was to do the trip again, I would recommend going for a jeep, provided it can go into the core zone. The Tigress Hotel felt a little tired and in need of a freshening up. Housekeeping standards were the lowest in this hotel. We only learnt afterwards that housekeeping is only done on request. When we did eventually ask, it took a long time to get it done. The staff for sure at the hotel are very helpful. I would suggest that this hotel does not meet my expectations of 5-star, but not a bad hotel overall. Jaipur Vijay Singh Rajawat hosted our visit to Jaipur. Of all the guides, he was most engaging with the children, helped by his sense of humour. He was also a master with helping us get photographs. He would grab the camera, command people out of the way, and get our shot. The visit centres more on the royal family of Jaipur and the state of Rajasthan. We had a little set back when my son felt ill, but Vijay accommodated and flexed the plans accordingly. By far the most interesting part of the trip was Jantar Mantar. All of us, including the kids found the site and the instruments truly fascinating. I would say the least enjoyable part of the trip was the Monkey Temple - as a site it is particularly filthy and in need of some care. The hotel in Jaipur was the Hilton and we found that was excellent. Overall The concept of this trip is great and features a good experience of India’s golden triangle. We were amazed by the sites and learnt an incredible amount of history which we all appreciated. The driver was amazing, and the guides were excellent. Thank you Shakul and team for giving us a wonderful experience of India and the Golden Triangle. Top Tips for anyone taking this trip: 1. Carry more small notes for tips. 2. It gets hot and many of the sites don’t offer much shade. Lots of water and sun cream 3. We carried toilet roll, wipes and hand wash everywhere as some of the public toilets don’t have the best standards of hygiene. 4. There is a lot to fit in, and with kids it is advisable to manage the schedule accordingly. Long spells in the sun, late nights and early mornings are not great formulas for keeping kids engaged throughout. 5. Allergy management - if applicable, communicating allergens can be a challenge. My son has allergies to nuts and sesame, and communicating this to some restaurants was difficult. The controls are not always there and my son did have a reaction.
